Morning! Can't wait to see everyone's pictures! So, mine aren't exactly before and after, since I'm not at after yet, but one picture was taken last September, maybe two weeks after surgery? If that? And the other one was taken the other day, kind of recreated the first one, lol. I am having trouble finding full body shots. Like most fat people, I was really good at avoiding the camera, and like most moms, I am usually the one taking the pictures! But I asked my mom to look for some for me in her own collection. I did take a full body pre-op photo but I'm not wearing enough clothes in it to be comfortable sharing, lol! So, if you are pre-op, my advice to you is take more pictures! You will want them later.

One more note about my pictures. I can't get over the newer one. I keep looking and looking at it. My husband and oldest child say the old picture doesn't even look like me to them, they've already forgotten me at that weight. I have the opposite issue. The new picture looks like someone else. It is kind of weird to look at that picture and know it's me!

QOTD- OH has been a place to come with all the "is this normal" questions. And I agree, a place to get a grip on what life post op is really like, or should be like, to be successful. My clinic has real life support group meetings, but only once a month, and I have never gone because of my husband's schedule.

Accountability- Grazing was better yesterday. Not nonexistent. But better. I did have a slice of salami and a baby bell cheese last night.

Food today- 10 months post op

B- Caprese omelet, a couple chunks of honeydew melon

L- tuna basil salad in a low carb wrap, a couple more chunks of melon

D- citrus thyme fish, some kinda veg? maybe spinach? Picking up groceries tomorrow, so basically cleaning out the crisper drawer.
