Accountability: Yesterday: Protein - 55, Calories - 1,005, Carbs - 107.
QOTD: OH, and particularly this menu board, have given me daily support and friendships and helped me stay accountable.
B: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks
L: lettuce, chicken, 1/2 avocado, low cal dressing
D: hamburger patty w/ melted cheese
S: light & fit Greek yogurt
Exercise: Walking Blossom around the subdivision.
My "before" photo was taken a few days after surgery. My "after" photo was taken about a month ago.
