Thanks!! It did give me a running start, but I think it is coming off slower now because of it, but as long as it come off I guess I don't really care if it's a little slow.

It IS slower now because you did so well preop. I ran into the same thing. But it gives you a huge edge on reaching goal.

It was actually 10 months +, I was dieting for over 6 months before surgery. I lost 148 pounds in 42 weeks. So it's an average of 3.5 pounds week, or 0.5 pounds a day. I'm kind of crazy tracking how I'm losing.
