I think weighing ourselves is important. Some people will say stay off the scale. I know for me getting on the scale is important.

The clothes have so much stretch in them we do not feel like we gain weight. For me it is like that.

I weigh daily.

Our heads are the hardest thing to deal with at times.

I think we need to know we are not invincible and weight gain can happen.

Coming here for support and giving support is important. Looking at what you can do now and what you couldn't before is a good way to stay focused.

Dreams can suck sometimes. I had a dream one night that I ate a ton of donuts.

I know! I would totally be lost if I did not have all you guys! I am so thankful for all your hard work and paving the way for us. Thank - you for sharing the wealth of knowledge.

The thing is sometimes I just feel big. I know I am not somewhere in my head or should be ok with my size now. I am 20% body fat which is ok. And I am terrified of gaining it back.

I am thankful for all I can do now and thankful for having my life back. I am back in competition shape and easily run 6-8 miles a day. It is a miracle! I was just handed my life back after all these years and I am not giving up any of it.
