What's on your menu today (Thursday) RNYers?
Hello Daisy and menu crew!
Accountability: The only good news is that my Macros look very good for yesterday- Total calories: 430, Protein: 73, Carbs: 26, Sugar:8, Fat: 8. The bad news is that happened because I missed lunch and snacks and dinner, then stopped at the grocery store after my run and walk and purchased a box of "enlightened" ice cream bars. I ate one of those, plus a sugar free jello, and drank a ready to drink protein at bedtime.
QOTD: Picking up every night before bed. I usually push myself right up to bedtime and then I am too tired to pick up after myself. I love coming home to a neat clean house and I stress myself out by not taking ten minutes to straighten up before bedtime.

That banana this morning totally threw me off my game! I was super sore after my workout last night and I was hoping the banana might help me out today.
