Good morning,

Im up early to take my friend to the dentist. She doesn't drive. Otherwise im doing good.

Accountability sometimes it helps with my binge eating disorder if i have to put it out there because i know im not doing it as much as before. I have a set weight that I know i have to reign it in. I can say i stayed on track last night even though i wanted extra. I just went to bed early.

QOTD I wish i liked to dust more often than i do.

B ham and cheese omelette and string cheese

L tuna and cottage cheese

D something with chicken and mixed vegetables

S shrimp

Have a good day

I like the accountability part. I am having a hard time right now with grazing. nothing huge, but too too many little bits of this and that, battling mid afternoon munchies. The accountability helps.

I am home and cleaning today, doing some schoolwork. We are slowly finishing up our school year. lol. We go on vacation in a few weeks and then we will be Done For Reals until Labor Day. I am aching to be done. But truly, long summer breaks wouldn't work very well in this house anyway.

QOTD- Hmm, so many, so many, lol. I wish I could maintain the habit of making everyone empty the van when we get home. It gets so full of junk so quickly. And every time I spend a long and sweaty afternoon crawling around in there cleaning it up, I swear "NEVER AGAIN!"

Accountability- I'm having a really hard time nipping this grazing thing. :/ Leaving the house seems to be the downfall here. Not that I can't graze at home. But I seem to control myself better at home. Yesterday we drove around for piano and errands and I was snacking on almonds I keep in the car. Too many of them, truly. Even at home, I walked around chomping gum all day to make sure I kept stuff out of my mouth. I'm not even truly hungry! Gah.

Note, I don't list snacks, and that may look like a trigger for munching, like maybe I should schedule a snack. I do usually have a snack, sometimes two. But it's usually the rest of my meal from earlier in the day. Like, if I can't finish my breakfast, I'll stick it in the fridge and fini**** later. for a snack. Some days I still have a small pouch thing going on and can't eat much at once. Some days I can eat all my meal, but then I don't need a snack because I'm not truly hungry for a long time. Hope that makes sense, lol.

Food today- 10 months out

B- I have a quiche in the oven, zucchini and corn (still low carb. There's like 1/2 cup of corn in the whole thing). I'm going to eat as late as I can so as to help with the afternoon munchfest.

L- Stuffed grilled chicken breast, apple

D- pork tenderloin, broiled zucchini. Someone at church brought these gigantic zucchini from her garden and I took three of them. Make all the zucchini things!

My garden has exploded with zuchinni and yellow squash! I've been pawning it off on coworkers.

I love to grill my zucchini and yellow squash. I don't eat much of it anymore but I will when I hit goal. :)

I grill mine too, and honestly enjoy slicing it and eating it raw.

Yes, one of the ladies there also gardens. When she saw the zucchini she almost ran away, lol. Guess she has enough already.

lol I'm not quite sick of it yet, but by the end of the growing season I get this "are you done yet??" Mentality toward the plant. I'm always tempted to chop it down, but I know plenty of people to take it off my hands at least.

I would have pawned all of mine off too. Or bought a calf, and fed it all to it.

Totally a kindred spirit, on the grazing thing...Even at 340 lbs, I was never a big "volume" eater...Someone might see me eat and think I was fat !!! So....I just ate a little, at a time...all day and night long
