Yikes, sorry about the laptop! I feel your pain, as write from my cracked iPad....

The thing with some dietitians or any professional like that, I think they feel like they aren't doing their job if they don't tweak something hahaha.

Good Morning, DAISY, and Fellow Menu Peeps ! I had all 7 Short Peeps, yesterday, but only have 2 today...always a circus, around here! It's actually HARDER, with only 2 - they both want all of ME...and today they are BOTH named Avery...no confusion there...lol

I didn't do my outside walk/run yesterday. My bad. BUT...I got 13,000 steps in, just doing whatever I was doing, for 16 hours...so TAKE THAT, Fitbit (sticking tongue out, at my wrist)

QOTD: I have had vitamin water, on occasion, but it's not a regular thing, and I have to watch the labels, for sugar content. I have a Low Carb Monster (the blue can) probably 2 x week. The majority of my liquid intake...besides my beloved coffee...is watered down Crystal Light. My current fave flavor is Strawberry Watermelon. I'll drink it for about a month, then move on to the next fave. Yea, I'm fickle that way (ask my ex-husbands)...

B: Coffee/2 eggs fried, no oil

L: Tuna/Apple/Spinach

D: Sirloin tips/Grilled Green and Red Veggies

S: Greek Yogurt

W: Gallon

E: Going to put Dos Avery in the double stroller, and hit the hood, then do weights/core tonight

Good morning Gang! We have the humid and hot, but not the sunny here in Metro Detroit. The AC at my work is always cranked too cold, and today I'm wearing a calf length skirt with my compression gear under it, a tank top and a jean jacket over it. I will keep the jacket on all day and probably won't get hot at all. It's always cold in here.

Accountability: I was on point yesterday until I had some popcorn with real butter for an evening snack instead of the protein drink I had planned.

DD2QOTD: I do sometimes drink Vitamin Water Zero. I ALWAYS use crystal light drops in my water and I regularly drink diet Iced Tea. I have never had a reaction to it. I hope your headache goes away quickly.

I am almost back to my pre-surgery weight at 166.4 today. I am still having some swelling in my legs and feet, and definitely some swelling in my abdomen, but I feel pretty awesome overall. Though all of my incisions are starting to itch, which is a good sign, I know.I haven't taken any tylenol since yesterday morning and don't feel the need for pain killers. My surgery was 3 weeks ago today.

Hi Daisy and Menu Family!

Darn, had my post nearly all written and lost it all! Starting over.

QOTD: I occasionally drink G2 (low calorie Gatorade) when I have leg cramps. I read on this forum that leg cramps can mean you are low in electrolytes. But most of the time I drink pure water. We are on well water and it is delicious! I like to drink it with plenty of ice.

Accountability: Yesterday: Protein - 59, Calories - 1,045, Carbs - 119.

Today:

B: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks

L: lettuce, chicken, avocado, low cal dressing

D: Beef Pot roast

S: light & fit Greek yogurt

Exercise: Walking Blossom around the subdivision

Have a fantastic day everyone!

Good morning menu friends

Yesterday was a long stressful day. My niece finally got her daughter from her ex at almost 2 pm yesterday after she agreed to go to the police station and pick up the papers that he was having her served with, stating that she could not leave the state with her daughter. No telling how long it would have taken them to serve her. He kept her daughter from her for 19 hours...the *******he is lucky I'm not a violent person. I would have liked to strangle him with my bare hands. We are waiting to hear from a lawyer that my dad graciously agreed to pay for. We are going to make the POS pay dearly for all of the crap he continues to put my niece thru. Please send good thoughts and or prayers that we can get this resolved as soon as possible.

Menu yesterday included a small caramel frappachino...748 Calories, 52 protein, and a whopping 72 carbs and I lost 1.8 pounds..I don't get it...but I will take it.

Today my niece and I are taking her daughter to the zoo, she is really upset that she doesn't get to see her grandma and the big water ( what she calls the ocean). Hoping she has a great day at the zoo.

Menu-

B - protein water

L - salad, chicken breast

D - Salmon Burger, small lettuce salad

S - ??? Not sure yet

Calories - 611, Protein 75, Carbs - 17 ( not including snack)

Have a great day everyone!!

So sorry you are dealing with that. Kids shouldn't ever be the battle field between adults. Hope the zoo is magical!

She had a great time at the zoo. I agree children should not ever be put in the middle of their parents arguments / disagreements.
