Good morning! Last day off and I have my annual blood work appt in a few mins and then I made my "annual"'appt for later this morning but other than that staying in and cool.
Accountabilty: last night I had protein cake bites and a banana
QOTD: Luckily eggs haven't been an issue for me at all. As you see I eat them daily (eggbeaters for breakfast) and then sometimes boiled eggs for snacks or lately egg salad.
Menu: B: latte, eggbeaters, turkey sausage links and 1/2 an orange L: Salad with chicken, 1/2 a boiled egg, bacon, shredded cheese and garbonzo beans and Walden farms BBQ sauce for the dressing and 2 very cherry plums (found at at Trader Joe's- part cherry/part plum) S: latte, yogurt with fiber cereal and strawberries, meat pack and 2 Brazil nuts D: egg salad made with cottage cheesein 1/2 a low carb pita, carrots and SF pudding with cool whip. No totals yet since I haven't plugged it in to MFP yet.
