What's on your menu today (Monday) RNYers?
So sorry about your daughter, how scary!
I had the same experience with my closet this past weekend. I'm living in Columbus, at my sister's house during the week, then going "home" on the weekend. I have most of my work clothes and work OUT clothes here in Cbus, but my casual clothes are up in Akron. This past weekend NOTHING FIT. I literally wore a pair of riding pants to my doctor's appointment because I didn't want to go in a skirt, and then I made a GoodWill store run to find a pair of jeans for the weekend and a casual dress to wear out Saturday night!

Good Morning Daisy and Menu Family!
QOTD: I love eggs and like them sunny side up. I also love deviled eggs and egg salad with dill pickles & onions in it. Scrambled sometimes goes down well and other times not so well. It'**** and miss. When I eat scrambled I like them with a bit of cheese melted on top.

Weight - down another pound.
Today:
B: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks
L: lettuce, chicken, avocado, low cal dressing
D: Birdseye Voila garlic chicken
S: light & fit Greek yogurt
Exercise: Walking Blossom around the subdivision
Have a great day everyone!

oh so distracted already this morning so quickly writing this out.
Accountability: there is limited updates here. I'm still pretty much on soft foods/liquids still till I get this 'advanced' gastro appt. I did chew up a hot dog weenie last night to nothing along with some turkey chili and that stayed without my insides revolting so that is positive.
QOTD: Friday after work I went to the farmers market and bought duck eggs and small easter eggers eggs (they are green and OLIVE colored!) I also got some corn for the chix and for DH to eat. I generally love hard boiled eggs and always have them in fridge. I only eat the whites though because the yolks have a lot of calories and the don't taste as good to me. I put mustard or salsa in them sometimes. I also love scrambled over fried eggs. I love omelets. Usually I use whites only for my scrambled /omelets. I recently learned to make poached eggs and I like them pretty well. Sometimes I like a good fried egg on a burger also. I am not a fan of eggs benedict.
Saturday I went out on the lake and went paddle boarding. It was a demo day for a company called pulse and I got to try out about 6 boards. It was so much fun and I DID fall twice, the first being into a pile of rocks where I landed on my knees and ripped my new (used) pants. It was quite painful but I got right back on the board and moved on. Deciding whether I want to buy one or get a kayak. Both DH and I want to do both so I was thinking that it might be a good idea to get one of both that way we could trade off when we went to the reservoir or lake. After this I went to Aldi, and old navy and dick's sporting goods. BTW: service announcement: Old navy has things marked for $1.99! including tops, jeans, pants. I did buy some jammie pants for 1.99 and they are really comfy.
Sunday I hung out at home and cleaned up some stuff at the house.
Food for today: more liquids/yogurt/soft foods
Good for you for getting out of the lake and paddle boarding. That looks like fun I don't know if I could do it.
When my DIL was here I realized I had $50 in rewards from my Old Navy and gap credit cards that were expiring in two days. So we had to go and I treated her. So she got a pair of rockstar jeans, A really nice dressy long tunic tank, a dress, a regular tank, a tote bag that was originally $40 and I forget something else. And in the end it came to zero dollars. And the cashier did a double take and called the manager over because she thought something was wrong LOL LOL.

Good morning :)
Nothing special planned for today. But in other news we finally bought a new (to us) car -- a minivan. I'm hoping it is actually as good as it seems -- the paint is meticulous, inside spotless, and only 40,000kms on it. Most we saw had over 120,000kms. We are going to the cottage this summer and I can't wait to have all the extra space.
Accountability: I had a rice cake with peanut butter last night and some cheese puffs at the car dealership. They had a BBQ and were pawning off the leftovers.
QOTD: normally I just eat hard boiled eggs because I can make a batch and eat them over the week. Yesterday DH made us bacon and eggs for breakfast and I had a fried egg. So delicious for a change.
Breakfast - protein shake
Snack - egg, pickles
Lunch - ham, cheese
Snack - Greek yogurt
Dinner - ribs and veg
Snack - protein shake
All water and vits.
Morning Friend**** the ground running today I have a co-worker out and mid morning I need to run out of the office for a couple of hours my daughter gets some test results on her thyroid. Fingers crossed that we get some answers. Good, bad ugly we prefer good but to just have a direction for her health would be load off all our minds.
Accountability: Yesterday was ok again got into the watermelon I guess I could be munching on things that are much worse like my old patterns would have been so I am not really going to be to mad at myself. I am kind in a funk with weight loss but I figure I have been at the same weight for only a week and a half I will start losing again soon. Trying to keep a positive outlook...
QOTD: Generally only hardboiled and the white part... When we go out to eat I will eat an omelet or something like that but at home it is whatever is easy. Julia Childs I am not!
Food for the day:
B: hardboiled egg white, bacon and coffee w/ FF 1/2 & 1/2
L: Salami and string cheese
S: yogurt & granola
D: we are going out to dinner with my mother in law so protein protein protein
Have a great day friends....
Hope you get answers for your daughter.... and stalls happen
