Wow! That surprised me that you've never made your own devilled eggs! I make them for every pot luck. And the Trader Joe's everything but the bagel seasoning is amazing on them. I can't eat eggs over hard now but over easy is great!

Also have never made deviled eggs... Love them...no clue how to make them. They are sort of like magic I think.

See my comment above on the last poster...they are super easy! Well, a little time consuming, but easy.

Good morning menu friends!

First day at the new office! It's a brand new building built specifically for our company. Fortunately there is a shuttle from the commuter train to the office but only for the first 6 months. After that I will probably start driving which also means buying a car.

QOTD- I love eggs. I can't do hard boiled or anything too well done but I love hard boiled mixed with cottage cheese. So strange because I was not a cottage cheese lover before surgery.

I went through my clothes on the weekend and even though I did this about 4 months ago, I still have a huge garbage bag full of stuff. I was hanging up a skirt that didn't fit for so long and my daughter said that she didn't think it would fit as in now it would be too big. Well when I went to put it on this morning, I found out that she was right.

Menu today

B: Protein shake

L: They are providing a free breakfast at work today so I'm hoping but not counting on a protein forward option that I can put aside for lunch. If not I will make a trip to the salad bar.

D: Butter chicken - really looking forward to it! It's one of my faves.

Exercise is still on hold. Last exam tomorrow and then vacation. I'm planning to get a workout in both of those days and maybe even tonight depending on how the studying goes.

Had a scary experience yesterday. My daughter had an upset stomach and actually fainted in church yesterday. She threw up yesterday afternoon and then seemed to be feeling better after that but I'm taking her in to our family dr tomorrow.

Have a great day everyone!
