Thank you all for your kind remarks.

When I first joined OH a few months before surgery, I saw posts asking about various weight loss programs. I finally ask why they were needing a weight loss program when they had WLS. I couldn't believe their answers that they were have regain.

Not me. I wouldn't allow that to happen. I thought WLS would cure me forever. Little did I know. I did join WWs a couple times, but I don't like paying to lose weight when I took drastic measures 9 years to do so.

My surgeon has a great dietician and I follow here website.
