What's on your Sunday Menu RNYers?
Good afternoon everyone! Your summers helping when the hay came in reminded me of my summers in Prince Edward Island. Wasn't the food amazing... homemade everything. Another form of entertainment was going in the barn when my uncle milked the cows. He could get s bunch of cats to get on their hind legs and give each a squirt. We loved it every time. In late August we went to the Sunday school teachers meeting. Toke place at a cottage the church owned in Stone harbor on the Jersey shore. Mornings were taken up with Sunday school stuff with my sister and I babysitting about ,10 kids. After lunch there was the beach the bay etc etc
Very sleepy today. Not getting much done. A friend is coming over for dinner. We're going to have hummus, hard boiled eggs, some cheddar cheese and various cut up vegetables.
B 3 oz cottage cheese

Good afternoon everyone,
Crazy morning so it's a late posting. I did all my grilling for the week then headed of to a 90th birthday party for my aunt.
Accountibility: Although I didn't have my meals planned I stayed very protien forward with only 4g carbs and 93g protein for the day. I have have been sticking to my plan 100% but I am up 6 lbs for the week. Last week I was out in all the heat and humidity over the weekend and the makes me retain a lot of water and that put me up a few pounds. I had lost a couple of the pounds through the week then last night I had the seared tuna and some onion soup (just the broth, no cheese, onions or bread) from the Outback, all of which were very salty so I'm guessing that set me back again. I am drinking tons of water and I'm certainly not putting out no where what I'm putting in. I feel like a big water balloon!!
QOTD: Swimming in the pool and boy scout camp.
B: 1oz pork tenderloin, piece of turkey breakfast sausage
L: 1oz italian sausage, 2oz pork tenderloin, 2 small mushroom caps with spinach artichoke dip on them
D: Either pork tenderloin or flat iron steak
S: ostrim meat stick
