Yep! Our base school is a year-round calendar school, the kids are assigned to tracks and follow a 9-week on, 3-weeks off schedule. It's actually really nice, allows us to plan our family trips outside of high traffic vacation times and it eliminates the boredom that sets in partway through summer (and keeps us parents sane in the process!)

Good morning! After being on vacation, the 4th, and photographing a wedding Friday night out of town, I'm feeling over-stimulated and over-socialized, so I'm having a "lazy" day today. Slept in as much as my fur babies would allow, and may work in the garden today, but that's it!
QOTD: growing up, summer meant floating around in our pool all day, and my whole life, 4th of July has been my favorite holiday. My family goes all-out with fireworks at my grandparents' house. I'm normally a responsible adult, but one day a year I run around gleefully setting things on fire.
breakfast: scrambled eggs with cheese, 2 strips of bacon
snack: dry-roasted edamame
lunch: spinach salad with homemade balsamic viniagrette
snack: Greek L&F
dinner: pineapple brats, yellow squash (first picking from my garden!)
Good morning! Glad you're having a nice weekend. Nothing exciting here planned for today- it's going to be HOT again so after church and a few errands the plan is to stay indoors and cool.
QOTD: Camping trips at the lake. Sometimes we would camp for two weeks.
Accountsbility: Too much of my homemade low carb granola. Not going to make any for awhile.
Menu: B: latte, eggbeaters, turkey sausages links and 1/2 an orange L: The Habit, so an albacore fillet salad S: latte, yogurt, meat pack and 2 Brazil nuts D: 1/2 a low carb/high protein lavash bread (same brand as my pitas) with Walden Farms BBQ sauce, mozzerrla cheese, cilantro and canned chicken pizza, a few cherries and SF banana cream pudding with cool whip.
I hope everyone has a great day.
Good Morning Menu Friends,
Today is another hot day so I will be in for the day. Work is tomorrow so I need to prep my lunches, clean out my purse and pack my vitamins.
Accountability: Ate all day but ended with 172g of protein.
QOTD: Loved summer camp at the local college and the surprise trips my Mom planned to Walt Disney World, Sea World & 6 Gun Territory.
M1: lots of decaf with vanilla protein shake
M2: grits w/scoop of protein powder, cheese and sausage
M3: yogurt and turkey burger
The rest is up for grabs!
Vits: Yes
Fluids: Yes
Exercise: floor exercises
Have a fabulous day!

Hello menu friends -
Well my vacation got canceled last night due to a meddling family member. It was supposed to be my neice, her daughter and I going on vacation. My neices ex found out when we were leaving ( meddling family member) and refuses to give her dauggter back to her so we can leave. They have a 50 / 50 custody agreement, but had verbally (thru text) changed the agreement and have been following that agreement since January. Now he says that he is going back to the original custody arrangement, and since that is the only agreement that is singed of on by a judge that is the paperwork that law enforcement have to follow. I'm so angry I could spit nails.
Menu for today

B2 - 4 oz. Shrimp, mini cucumber
L - 4 oz. Shrimp, green beans
S - 3.5 oz chicken breast, 8 grape tomatoes
