Congratulations Erin! You are doing so so well! That's amazing.

Im studying for my property insurance exam on Tuesday and we must get stop by the local flea market and some yard sales. DH goes to work at 1 today and tomorrow. I only have to work Monday next week, write my exam Tuesday morning and then I'm done for the rest of the week. Our department finished up at the old office yesterday and start at the new place on Monday. Thursday was 14.5 years that I had been working at that office so it is really hard to believe.

I have no menu for today. I am starting with a protein shake and it will be protein forward. Scale was up to 198.6 today for no good reason. Lol.

Have a great day everyone!

QOTD- most memorable birthday celebration was probably my 40th. It wasn't a surprise other than the skunk signs on my front lawn lol. We went to Medieval Times with a bunch of friends and it was a lot of fun. I love birthdays though and would love to have a big surprise for one of mine. I've told DH that so we will see what happens when 50 happens in 5 years time. Lol

Welcome to Onderland IF!!!!

Good morning Weekend Family... Boy did something today I have not done in a while I slept in like to 8am. I think the emotional week and having a cold finally caught up with me but I guess I needed the sleep but now I feel like I am behind in my day. Today is chores around the the house and I have some more clothes I want to take to be donated and tonight we have passes to the races if it does not rain.

Accountability: HORRIBLE... I ate a handful of Swedish fish and milk duds what is wrong with me! Well today is a new day I am just going to be better today right?

Food for the day:

B: Coffee, scrambled egg white and cheese

L: left overs

D: sausage, w/pepper and onions

S: popcorn I will be at the races so who I am kidding I am going to have a couple of handfuls because I love the popcorn there.

Enjoy the day my friends....

Good Morning Menu Friends,

First, Insert Fitness, congrats on reaching onederland! This is a great accomplishment!

No plans for the weekend other than relaxing, Amazon Prime binge watching & coloring a few pages--we decided against the movies.

ACCOUNTABILITY: Stayed on track with the carb detox and lost 1 pound so I am back to pre-vacation weight.

QOTD: My 6th birthday--my Auntie Carol gave me a Mickey Mouse watch with a red band. I was so excited because I had learned to tell time & now I had my first "grown up" watch.

M1: lots of decaf with PP vanilla shake

M2: chicken sausage with strawberry greek yogurt

M3: black forest ham w/cheddar cheese & vanilla greek yogurt

M4: chicken sausage with blueberry greek yogurt

V: Yes

F: Yes

E: 2 mile walk

Have a great day everyone!

Happy Saturday everyone! No big plans for today. I am just going to be home and clean my house.

Accountability- yesterday I feel like I lost my mind. I ate a handful of cheetos and a piece of angel food cake. I don't even really even like either one of those things. I felt a little nauseated after the cheetos, so apparently my pouch doesn't like them either. I MUST stay focused and on plan. I need to get these last 25 lbs off! I will nourish my body with good food.

My plan for the day-

B- 3 chicken sausage links, 1 egg

L-tuna salad with pickle

D- leftover grilled tri tip

S-boiled egg

A friend of mine and I were talking about weight loss. She said that she was lost weight many times, but cannot keep it off. She said, " I have won the battle, but not the war". How true is that! I must win the war!

Have a great day everyone! Stay strong.

Congratulations to onederland! Yaaa. I know it's hard to wrap your head around the fast changes. Enjoy your weekend.

Accountability not the best. Gave into lightly salted ruffles at work last night. Then I said to myself NO. I put the bag in the office for all the other staff to have. Oh well back on track today

Morning guys!

I'm juggling twenty things at once, as usual - selling some of my artwork this morning, doing laundry, filing away various papers, prepping for us to go to the pool this afternoon, organizing bills...is this really Saturday??

Accountability: Great! I've been moved into soft foods so I've been experimenting with different things that my RD suggested to see how my pouch likes them. So far string cheese, cheddar cheese, laughing cow cheese, deli turkey, cottage cheese, and plain greek yogurt are all a win. Grits with unflavored protein powder, and ricotta are NOT my friends. The ricotta bake made me queasy, and the grits sent me to the bathroom within minutes. They expect me to still supplement with protein drinks until I'm able to get all my protein in from regular food so that's been helpful for both protein and hydration!

Menu:

B: Syntrax Nectar Protein Drink, 1/4c plain greek yogurt

S: String Cheese

L: 2 slices Deli Turkey, Laughing Cow Wedge

S: 1/4 SF Pudding w/Fairlife Milk and unflavored protein powder

D: Scrambled Eggs w/cheese

V: MultiV + Iron/VitC done...calcium will come later

E: Going swimming today!

L: Water Water Water....trying to get in more than 64 today. I've been making the 64oz mark but I still feel dry, so I'll try and get more in if I can!

Have a great day guys!

Good morning weekend menu'ers. Congratulations on Onderland. It is such an incredible milestone and accomplishment.

I had a wonderful week in Central Oregon, doing nothing but laying in the sun like a lizard, and lounging poolside. It was perfect. I was not perfect by anyone's definition on my eating, but I came home 1 pound lighter, so I will count that as a win.

QOTD: I went to Paris for my 50th birthday celebration, and it was magical. It snowed on my actual birthday. Paris in he snow. Amazing. Then on the way back, we flew into a snow storm in NYC. The airports all closed and we got stranded for 5 days, right before Christmas. If you're going to be stranded somewhere, NYC is a good choice. I didn't get home until late Christmas Eve, and our family celebration had to be postponed because I was supposed to host. It was totally worth it.

i have a celebration for my aunt and uncle's 50th wedding anniversary tonight, so dinner is unknown. The rest of my menu is:

B: egg beaters, mozzarella and bacon omelette

S: protein water, turkey deli meat

L: seafood and orzo salad

S: protein water, deli ham

D: ?

totals: calories 680, carbs 32, protein 112

Have a wonderful Saturday!

Congrats on Onderland! Last time I was in the ones was before my son was born and he's 29. And I was barely under.

Accountability? My foods kind of a mess over here, I think taking the extra meds after my little Slip and jamming my arm the other day? Always make sure a little woozy and not on track. Probably a little depressed because PT guy said we won't know for sure for three weeks for that I actually damage the surgery. So have been stress eating my days calories all morning and then some. Did put it in MFP, there is still room to eat today and still be in a normal-ish range. But too much food in a short time. It's still a binge, even if it's small in our world compared to what somebody would normally consider a binge.

Cleaned out fridge from post ? having other people in your house. Threw a few things in the freezer that I just need to stay away from right now. Need to get back to simple. Simple always works.

Had bought protein bars, to have during recovery, and they were helpful the first two weeks. But now I think I'm going to bring them up to PT and leave them there for the aids, they can snack on them when they want.

7am to 10:30am: over course if morning- yogurts x 2 one with 1/4c dry oatmeal and blueberries, ½ a cheeseburger, 2 power crunch protein bars

oK to stem the tide I did some cleaning and made a pitcher of herbal raspberry ice tea....

So going to wait for hunger..... I have HB eggs with everything spice and salmon on my mind to salvage the day...

and haven't even had coffee so that may come in at some point- regrouping

ETA QOTD- my most memorable birthday I would have to say was my 16th. I was on a six week cross country camping trip in buses where we slept every night and parks and I sleeping bags under the stars. It was the early 70s things were different then. On my actual birthday we had climbed into the Rockies outside of Banff Canada. A small group of us went hiking that day, and ended up going skinny-dipping in a glacier lake, Half covered in ice. Stayed in for like three seconds cause it was so cold. And then saw and heard an avalanche on the side of the mountain as we were standing there after her skinny dipping. It was awesome and terrifying at the same time.
