Morning everyone! Happy Saturday. I've got my 5 miles in and am just relaxing in bed. No plans for today, wherever the wind blows us.

Accountability: did well yesterday. Ended up eating eggplant parmigiana for dinner, sans bread, my carbs ended at 70 for the day.

Qotd: what was your most memorable b-day celebration? I'd say mine was either my sweet 16 (a surprise party) or my 40th last week.
