morning Weekenders! What's everyone up to?

Well, I hit quite the milestone today on my 10 month surgiversary.... jumped on the scale and weighed in at 199.6.

It's funny. part of my brain needs to process this, but another part is like, done! Next! Haha

but the reality is I haven't been at this weight since maybe my early teens/tweens...

every day I am thankful for this surgery, and this forum!

heading to the farm today, but the weather looks rotten.

accountability: not the greatest... protein forward, but dinner was 3 chicken wings and an evening drinking decaf with premiere protein....

menu:

B: protein shake

L/D: tbd on what's happening up home, but protein forward as always!

have a great day everyone!

Good morning weekenders! Not alot on the schedule for my weekend other than some walks and some pool time and of course a trip to Trader Joe's for the week's supplies.

IF. congrats on Onederland! That is a great accomplishment and I am happy for you!

Accountability: we got Chinese food for lunch yesterday and I was craving dumplings. They did not sit well and I regret having them even though I had been craving them terribly. I still wasn't feeling well by dinner so I just had a protein shake to avoid irritating the stomach any more. I hope that I have learned my lesson about eating dumplings.

Breakfast: TJ's ham

Snack: Fuzzy Navel protein shake

Lunch: chicken breast, broccoli

Snack: turkey breast

Dinner: salmon

Exercise: 5 mile walk by the lake, swimming

Congratulations on achieving onederland! Great job!

I have no idea what we are doing this weekend. Many complications because my car was "drowned" yesterday in flash flooding (on my street!). I have to pick up a rental car this morning, which of course doesn't have a beach sticker so I have to figure out how to switch with DS who does have one if we want to go to the beach. I suspect I won't know until early next week if I have to go shopping for a new car, but the tow guy said that usually is the case. I bought this one 14 months ago in preparation for retirement. A new one this year was NOT in the budget! I am just finishing up the clothing and towel washing which was the aftermath of wading through over 2 feet of water. But on the plus side, I met some neighbors down the street who were very kind and helpful!

Accountability: Too much stuff passed my lips yesterday due to the stress mentioned above, though my calories weren't horrible for maintenance.

15 months post-op, in maintenance.

B: eggbeaters and cottage cheese

L: egg salad made with cottage cheese and pickles

D: Maybe the lobster roll I didn't get yesterday?

S: cheese sticks, yogurt

Oh wow! I hope that your insurance company is generous with the settlement. Up here, we offer a waiver of depreciation for the first 2 years that you own a vehicle so you get back the full purchase price. Our company also offers a 5 year replacement cost coverage but it's fairly expensive. However the people who've had it and had their 4 or 5 year old car replaced with a brand new one sure didn't begrudge that expense.

Glad everyone is okay!

RNY Jan 12, 2017 Lost 137 lbs but regained 60.

77 lbs lost and counting!

Losing the regain! I got this!

Our company offers it but I've had the policy for a long time so I'm pretty sure I don't have that endorsement.
