What's on your menu today (Photo Friday) RNYers?
Good morning! I'm using she's phone and it's driving me nuts. Both that I'm complaining since he was kind enough to lend it to me after I forgot mine again . I will be so glad when this next exam is done and I can focus on getting my house in order.

QOTD: I get parking tickets on a regular basis. My office has paid parking and I don't drive often. Sometimes I remember to pay and sometimes I don't so I end up with 2-3 tickets a year. I don't want to kind myself but I've never had any moving violation. I do have a heavy foot so I know my time will come. DH is always on my case about it and I'm the worst when we are on the interstate travelling to PA. But the limit is 65 and I do about 70 which I think is reasonable. He says we will get stopped because we have Canadian plates.
So, since all my clothes are getting too big once again, I went bargain shopping. It felt strange to be shopping in regular stores! I was worried someone would direct me to the plus sizes! Well not really but it did feel very surreal. My pic is of me trying on a size 14 skirt at the Gap and oh my! IT FIT! The other pic is of me on the train this morning. The Gap skirt was $20 regularly $80 and I also bought 3 pencil skirts from Forever 21 - 2 of them were $14 and 1 was $10. Ordered a couple more tops online last night so u should be good now for a couple of months - the pencil skirts are stretchy and a bit snug so they should get me through the summer.
Accountability- not the best yesterday. I met all my goals but I had a protein bar for lunch on my way to my exam. That's only the 2nd time I've done that though so not making it a habit. And didn't get enough water in. Which I'm sure is the reason I was back up to 198 from 197.3 yesterday.

Back to 128 ounces of water today minimum
And I will be fitting a workout in later - it's been too long.

Yesterday I ate ham,mustard,tuna in a pouch,milk in my cold brew, 2 coffee nips.and I roasted asparagus and rainbow carrots. I had a little yogurt too.
For lunch I'm going to a Thai vegan joint. It could be grim.
I never got tickets with my nurse badge in the car. Now I drive like an old lady in my 2001 Lincoln
hey yall another day of liquids for me. Got a referral to an 'advanced gastro' fancy pants dr here in Atlanta. the procedure they wanted to do to check me out isn't possible with RNY. sooo- cest la vie. As a super bonus,, I'm down to my lowest weight yet at 118.2 this morning. Maybe I will keep in and see 115 for once in my life- lol if that happens I'm taking a photo.
Plans for this weekend- all depends if I have an 'attack' or not, but plan is to go to this stand up paddleboard demo day tomm at the lake. testing out boards, learning stuff etc. that is from 10-2 saturday. other than this, I actually don't have plans. May get a few things from grocery. I did want to make up another batch of yogurt in IP also this weekend.
QOTD- I go one last year in our jetta. the dmv never sent the tag renewal so didn't think about it until I was pulled over for expired tag. luckily it was in my town and I was able to just plead guilty and not get points on my record. Didn't even have to go to court. yay AND DH just got pulled over for the same thing on the way to hospital last week. DMV has no clue why the renewal didn't come to us so he got a ticket again this year. hopefully we can do the same routine where we just pay a small fine.
Accountability: there is no plan other than hydration and liquids so I stayed on plan. I was able to eat about 4 almonds and 2 pecan halves and that didn't cause my liver/intestines to go wonky.

Happy Friday... Why do shorter weeks feel like they are longer? Again thank you for all the love much appreciated. We had as good a day as we could have. My daughter had a very hard time and still struggles with her grandmother being gone, my mom was her babysitter growing up and dotted on Emily they did everything together so being as she is not here everyday like the rest of us it is harder for her when she is home it is like saying goodbye all over again.
QOTD: Never had a parking ticket but a speeding ticket like 16 years ago....

Daisy, your dogs are adorable!!
Nothing specific planned for today but a lot of errands and house chores if I get to them. Puppy 2 was up through the night. He vomited on our bed and this morning I found diarrhea all over our spare bedroom floor. Poor thing. I will be keeping a very close eye on him today.
Accountability: night time snacking be darned. Chips, cookies (SF but still), and a mini pb&j sandwich. I was good all day until my noisy neighbours caught me while I was taking out our trash. They wanted to complain and critique our partially replaced roof. I got stuck outside for 45 minutes listening to gossip and complaining. DH said he saw me but decided not to rescue me. I stress ate after that.
QOTD: this is funny timing because I was sorting stuff last night and found three parking tickets that DH has received since we have been together. I received one speeding ticket about 10 years ago -- first and last ;)
