Super lat posting again today, Work is still crazy!

Accountibility: I did have 2 cherries last night. The rest of my day was on plan.

QOTD: I got a parking ticket about 4 years ago while I was in the YMCA swimming. My last speeding ticket was about 32 years ago.

B: 2 eggs, turkey breakfast sausage, 1/2 slice of cheese

L: 3oz turkey

S: 1 1/2oz turkey breast, 1/2 prosciutto di parma

D: 2oz turkey breast, 1 1/2 tuna, 1tsp mayo 2 leaves romaine lettuce

S: ostrim meat stick

Cals: 616, Carbs:4, Protein:88

I love cherries and have 2 big cherry trees in the front yard. About 5 years ago I ate too many. Haven't had one since.
