What's on your menu today (Thursday) RNYers?
OK I posted to you- Stacy and in 0H style it posted under my post. So I'm copy and pasteing that's why it's here twice:
So what are your signals it's 'coming on' as opposed to full fledge gobsmacker 'I didn't see that coming episode' I told you about being on line at Old Navy and my DIL looked at me and said - are you OK am I going to lose you? As in are you going down? She saw that I didn't, and that was more of not having eaten in a really long time as opposed to having eaten the wrong thing.

Hi all. I was actually in the office early enough to post, but have been running around like crazy and just sat down to the thread. So, as per usual another late post for me. Accountability - I had an low blood sugar episode yesterday and not sure what brought it on, so I had to add in some food/carbs to bring my sugar up, which meant I deviated from my plan. However, calories were still in range. The scale is being a ***** and I'm up 2+ lbs even though my eating has been clean. I hate when that happens and I'm trying to not let it get to my head.
DQOTD: Yes, I know CPR and basic first aid. I have a pool, so I felt compelled to be trained in case something horrible happens. Luckily I've never had to use it.
My plan:
B: bacon and a HB egg
L: 4 oz chicken thigh meat and a few bites of salad (I ordered a wrap from a chicken restaurant I love, and they gave me a complimentary salad, so I've been eating off it for the past 2 days)
D: ?? either steak or shrimp or I may pick up chicken on my way home from the gym
S: skinny vanilla latte (the last two low BS "episodes" ive had have been after drinking a latte. I'm hoping it's not the dairy that's bringing it on, because I will be super sad Stacy.), Almonds after the gym
No totals because of the ??? at dinner, but will be high protein and low carb.
