What's on your Menu today (Tuesday) RNYers?
I'm right there with you Peach: I "gained 2.25 pounds overnight. Always a bit disconcerting when you see it in the scale.

Good morning menu friends. Busy weekend for me. I got caught up on posts last night during breaks at work. Finally going to post.
Yesterday the scale finally moved down 1.2 pounds. It probably won't stay there, I won't know until I get up later this afternoon. I'm so tired of plateaus. I have been the same weight ( or higher) since June 23rd. It has really really been frustrating.
QOTD: My favorite steak is a ribeye steak cooked medium - just a hint of pink in the middle.
Menu:
B - 3 oz. Chicken breast,
L - 3.5 oz. Shrimp w/ ****tail sauce, green beans
D - 3 oz. Chicken breast
S - 1.2 oz. venison jerky, 7 grape tomatoes
S2 _ 1.3 oz. Venison, mini cucumber
Calories- 615, President - 116, Protein - 19
Have a great holiday everyone!!

Morning gang! Happy 4th of July. I'd show you pictures of New Kitten Day yesterday, but Julia might be mad if I didn't leave that to her.
Ribeye is my favorite, followed by New York Strip and sirloin tips. I'm actually not as wild about t-bones. We shouldn't be mixing two kinds of steak like that. It's like eating chicken and turkey together.
