Good morning, DAISY, and Menu Peeps!!

I forgot to tell my brain-and bladder- that we are off work today, and could sleep in. Instead, WE woke up, at our usual 4am...Am binge watching "House of Cards", on Netflix. Great show, for the 4th of July, right???

QOTD: Since I like beef cooked AT LEAST medium-well (pink grosses me out), I normally stick to sirloin, so the meat won't be too tough. When I sit across from a person eating a rare prime rib, with "juices AKA blood" running across their plate, I swear I can hear the cow moo-ing, and I can't even eat. Ewww....just Ewww!!!

It is storming, this morning, but supposed to stop soon, then be HOT, and humid. Planning cook out, this afternoon. I would rather stay right here, in this bed!

L: Hamburger/ Veggies/no bun

D: Hot Dog/Veggies/no bun

S: Frozen Greek Yogurt

E: walking to park, for fireworks, 4 mile round trip, plus whatever walking done there
