What's on your Monday menu RNYers?
Curious as you are clearly the Master of the Grill - IF you had a Big Green Egg, what would you do with it?
Unfortunately I don't have a BGE. I would love to have one! I am very familiar with them and one of my friends has one. You can do so many things with it. It's all in the set up of the fuel and the big ceramic insert. If you keep the insert out you can grill with it. If you put in you can smoke or smoke roast with. It's a great price of equipment and it hold heats forever due to the thick ceramic make up. The only drawback would be the amount of meat you can put on it. But just like with my Weber kettle smokers it depends on which size you have. That's why I have several. LOL! :) However the BGE's are A LOT more expensive!

Accountability:I stayed on plan yesterday. I didn't have a specific plan for the day but knowing that I was having a cookout I knew that I would be eating all protein for the day.
B: 2 eggs, 2 strips bacon
L: 3oz turkey breast
S:2 oz grilled skinless chicken thigh
D: 3oz grilled kelibasa, 2 forkfuls broccoli rabe
S: otstrim meat stick
