Happy Friday! It's hot and humid here already and going to get worse. No long walk for me today. I'll probably be on the treadmill inside or at the gym on the bike.
Yesterday, I decided to attend the lunchtime yoga class at work. I'd only been to one other yoga class before so I am new to the poses and have a terrible sense of balance. I enjoyed it though and may keep going back, at least occasionally.
QOTD: I work hard at remembering names, but I'm not always the best at it.
Breakfast: TJ's ham
Snack: Fuzzy Navel protein shake
Lunch: TJ's Sundried tomato chicken sausage
Snack: hard boiled egg
Dinner: shrimp, broccoli
Exercise: 40 minutes on the treadmill or bike
