Happy Friday! It's hot and humid here already and going to get worse. No long walk for me today. I'll probably be on the treadmill inside or at the gym on the bike.

Yesterday, I decided to attend the lunchtime yoga class at work. I'd only been to one other yoga class before so I am new to the poses and have a terrible sense of balance. I enjoyed it though and may keep going back, at least occasionally.

QOTD: I work hard at remembering names, but I'm not always the best at it.

Breakfast: TJ's ham

Snack: Fuzzy Navel protein shake

Lunch: TJ's Sundried tomato chicken sausage

Snack: hard boiled egg

Dinner: shrimp, broccoli

Exercise: 40 minutes on the treadmill or bike

HW: 248+, SW (RNY: 2/28/17): 244, GW (10/17): 125; LW: 115; 45# regain (19-20); CW: 135.6; new goal: 135; Plastics: Ext mastopexy, Ext abdominoplasty-5/18/2018; diagnosed w/ gastroparesis 11/20.

balance can improve quickly if you work at it. My physical therapist has me stand on one foot (first on one foot, then on the other) for 30 seconds every day. My balance has really improved over the couple months I've been doing it!

Exercise: Walking Blossom around the subdivision
