CHANGING SURGERY DATE

My surgery date was changed to July 26. I'm trying to figure out how to change it on here. Anyone know how? I search and found a post from 2012, but when I try to do that it comes up page not found. Thanks in advance.

Good Morning! I didn't even realize I didn't have one listed but I figured out how to add it. Click the tool icon/select medical history. You should be able to edit there (look for a little wrench on the upper right). Hope that helps.

Yes, I can get there but once I click edit/remove it says page not found. Not sure what is causing it. I sent an email I hope they get back to me soon. Thanks so much for all the help.

I got it. I was trying to do it from my computer earlier, but just tried it on my phone and it worked.
