What's on your Menu today (Thursday) RNYers?
Good morning (well almost afternoon)! As Daisy said, it's wet and miserable here today. I'm still tired- wow, moving is a lot of work. Sorry about your Iphone- I have the 6S and it's great- I just got it last year. The males in our family all have the Samsung Galaxy S7. The boys love theirs but Charles isn't impressed. I should have got him an Iphone instead. Chelsie is the next one due for an upgrade. She loves her iPhone but isn't crazy about the headphone jack thing on the new ones so we will see what she decides in November- her 6 still works great.
QOTD- I can't think of any one thing at the moment- but in the past I've had 2 co-workers with nasal drip issues and were constantly sniffling and snuffling- that deep long sniff that sounds gurgly. It totally grossed me out.
Accountability- I had a different menu than I posted but was on track for calories and protein

B: Fried egg, 2 strips of bacon
L: Today will be the souvlaki day
D: Once again, not sure- Have some shopping we have to do tonight and need to do some serious organizing at home before I lose my mind.
E: Shopping, unpacking and organizing
Weight stayed at 203 today. I can't believe I'm so close to one-derland. About 2/3s of the way to my goal weight.

Accountability: menu was as planned yesterday except I switched out chicken sausage for steak at dinner so a few more calories
QOTD: my office mate thinks she has the right answers for everything and it's usually her way or it miserable. I used to just deal with it but with weight come confidence and I've definitely stepped up my game on that front. I can't stand when people believe they are the only ones on the planet with the correct opinion

It appears that my appetite is coming back after having 3 very small pouch/sleeve and yesterday with just a little more of an appetite. I was really happy with one day but when I hit days 2 &3 I was a little concerned.
QOTD: I am a very luck person. I really like all of my employees and co-workers. In addition to my family and friends they are a super WLS support system for me!
