I didn't know what I was having for dinner yesterday because I had tentative plans for dinner with a friend, but she must be having jet lag (the one who flew in from Turkey Tuesday night) because I didn't hear from her all day. So I had a bowl of chili. I also had two protein bars that I didn't plan on yesterday, but calories were OK.

QOTD: Since our resident nut job retired 18 months ago, I don't have any co-workers who drive me nuts. I must admit this is about the best staff I've ever worked with. There is one guy who is constantly five minutes late to everything, but I can live with that...

I need to remember to get some bigger athletic shoes tonight since I get to pick up my custom-made ankle brace/boot tomorrow morning (oh joy!). Hopefully they'll have some cheap shoes at Target since I don't really want to shell out a ton of money for some shoes I'm probably only going to wear for three months.....

2 years out:

B: homemade Greek yogurt, strawberries

S: coffee with half & half, protein shake

L: 1 C cottage cheese

D: chili again unless the above-mentioned friend wants to try dinner tonight. In that case, something safe...

probably another Greek yogurt somewhere in there

Good morning everyone! Great job on sticking to plan DD!

QOTD: There is a lady at my work that is such a gluttonous pig! She eats my food out of the fridge - seriously they all know how I weigh/measure/count everything. Do you not think I'm going to notice when there is meat missing from my package. or cheese? I notice!! When we have potluck she is the first at the trough and doesn't think twice about taking the last of anything even if it means she's having thirds. One day we won an office pizza party and she ate 9 pieces!!! I kid you not. She never brings random food to share but certainly eats more than her share when someone else brings it in!! The other day I brought leftover pastries down from a meeting I was in, she had her face in the tray before I could even get the lid off. I could go on and on. She drives me crazy, I absolutely can't stand her.

Good morning. Actually did a chair yoga class last night. Man I need more of those - I felt so good afterwards. On the accountability side - doing great. Actually only added a little broccoli to my dinner, otherwise perfect as planned. Oh forgot - did have 1/4 of a quest bar last night extra - oops.

QOTD - my office cube mate at work is a nice lady but really has no courtesy, if I can call it that. We work in an open environment which I really dislike, but tolerate. We share a common worktable that rolls. If positioned perfectly it blocks her and my lateral file drawers (which I keep my legal hold files in the lower and exercise bands and protein powders in the top). She locks the table all the time on her side. So I have to get up, sit in her chair and unlock the wheels every freakin day. I keep asking her to stop. It's bad enough that she uses the common table as her storage area, but it just annoys me that she can't leave the wheels unlocked. It's a small thing, but courtesy please. Other than that she is a nice person - however, she sneezes all the time and never acknowledges a god bless you. It's weird. But who isn't I guess.

B - getting boring lately, but I like it post workout. Fage 4 oz; Healthwise protein cereal; 2 tbs sunflower seeds

S - 2 eggwhites from hard boiled eggs

L - Small salad, with mustard dressing and 3 oz leftover salmon from dinner

S - Peach Syntrax

D - Costco chicken burger and small salad

S - SF popsicles

HW 510 / SW 424/ GW 175 (stretch goal to get 10 under) / CW 160 (I'm near the charts ideal weight - wonder if I can stay here)

Good morning.

Accountability: I did good yesterday. I decided to switch up dinner to cut out some needless carbs and had an egg beater omelet and it was super good. I may do the same tonight.

QOTD: One of my coworkers is a perpetual crab. She gets paid well and has great benefits. Leaves at 3:30 every day. She needs to cut the attitude.

Good Morning and Happy Friday-Eve! I was going to attempt to make it my Friday and add tomorrow as a vacation day but my boss sent an email late last night that he is planning on giving us our evaluations tomorrow-just maybe I convince him to do it today....fingers crossed.

Enjoy the new phone when you get it!!!

QOTD: Loud typing-I can't stand it. There are some people that sound like they are punching the keys-don't they realize that the keyboard operates no differently if you softly touch the keys-lol?! Most of the time I have my desk fan on for air circulation and to act as white-noise.

E: 6 miles on the treadmill this morning and 40 mins of elliptical at lunch
