Accountability: I also didn't have the night time eating last night. I had a lime jello with SF blackberry preserves and a mini protein cake. apparently that did it for me. I also ate dinner early at 4:45 since I had to get to yoga and claim my spot. It gets really packed on beginner night and so you have to get there for a spot. Between exercise and snack I drank a ton of water and decaf coffee, maybe that was a trick also.

OH- If yall have a kroger they had a TON of walden farms, 50-50 sufar free products really marked down!! I got chocolate sauce with zero calories, caramel sauce, this yummy mousse packet- using them to yummy up my snacks/foods.

QOTD: No I don't care which towel I use as long as it is not wet. I have this thing about going to places and going to wipe my hands off after washing and feeling wet on a towel in a guest room. It icks me out so sometimes I just air dry my hands or go into the kitchen and get a napkin or paper towel

Food for today:

B: maybe prot cake with yogurt

S: tilapia (leftover from last night)

S: ?

D: chicken wings!!!

S: I think prob jello or a little yogurt ice cream I concocted

We are off Monday and Tuesday next week!!!

Ha! I hear you on the wet hand towel thing! I'm staying at my sister's house during the work week, and she has two small boys. The hand towel in their only bathroom is constantly damp and slightly grungy looking. As a family they're very green, so they don't use paper products other than toilet paper (thank GOD for small favors!) so there is no paper towel or napkin option in the house. I keep a clean towel in my room, and then just try to help out with laundry as often as I can... ick!

I tried Walden farms caramel sauce in my coffee a few months ago. It was soooo yummy, but it didn't agree with me and I was in gastrointestinal distress for about 12 hours after...not pretty.

Oh no! Sorry to hear that, hopefully it will pass quickly. For me, it's definitely the sugar alcohols.

Gonna chime in early before work gets crazy. Glad the Daisydoo household is on the mend.

Accountability: Ditto for me except for the gym part. I work out in the morning. I was stuck at Nissan auto service until 8 p.m. What I hoped would be a simple inspection turned out to require a complete brake job. It's a big SUV so the bill was almost $1,000. We were afraid that might be coming, but it's better than a monthly car payment. Anyhow. Since I got home so late, I just took my vitamins & went to bed. While waiting for the car, used the loaner provided and went to 5 Guys and got a "little burger" in a bowl so stayed on plan. On another car note - I wrote a few weeks ago about my minor car accident on the first day back to work after vacation. I was afraid they may total the car since it's 10 years old & over 100,000 miles. Good news is they're fixing the car and I hope to have it back today or tomorrow. I'll have to pay the deductible if I can't recoup it from the other guy (his fault), but once again, better than a car payment.

QOTD: No fav towel - mine are all pretty much the same, except when they start to get a little raggedy I still use them and DH refuses to do so. He says we're not that poor

S: 1/2 C Greek LnF yogurt, 1T PB2, 1/2 scoop protein powder

E: Nada today - couldn't get my butt out of bed. Maybe I'll at least walk to the bank at lunch to take care of an errand.

Morning everyone. I have to make this quick. Busy Wednesday, as usual...

Accountability--stayed within my macros but switched a lot of things out yesterday for convenience.

QOTD: Not currently but I did used to have a set of really plush white towels that I loved. They eventually got ruined (because they were white)...and I've never found any as luxurious.

B: Venti Iced with milk & Fage Blueberry Acai w/1/4 c blackberries

S: Chomps Meat Stick & 1/2 package Oven baked Cheese Bites

Vitamins: Patches on (but no Iron because my friends at Patch MD really screwed up my order for 2 months in a row and are not answering emails)

Good morning everyone!

Well, we are moved, and I'm back to work. I. AM. SO. TIRED. Yesterday we only had the cleaning of the old house, and a few odds and ends.... plus the garage. Oh my. It's a well known fact that my hubby is a pack rat- well known to everyone except him. And when I saw all that stuff out on the front lawn, I didn't know how we were ever going to get done. But we did. My kids are just simply amazing. They really stepped up and helped us to get everything done. We also have great friends so with all the help, the move went pretty smoothly. Now the unpacking, but I also have 2 exams in the next 2 weeks, so I do have to study as well.

Eating has been a bit off the rails. I have to admit i even had 2 protein bars over the last week, and I've never had them before. They were very low sugar but not something I will make a habit of. I'm glad the move is done and I will be back on routine.

I truly experienced some NSVs with the move. I was actually so glad with how the timing for my surgery worked out. As I was running up and down the stairs, and carrying things in and out, I just felt so good. Also, some friends of ours just moved and we were visiting. They have very high ceilings, so they were giving us a tour of the house. I went up and down that very tall staircase without getting winded at all! I actually stopped at the top as I was so amazed at how it didn't bother me.

Menu:

B: 1 egg, 2 strips of bacon

L: not sure- maybe a chicken souvlaki skewer with tzatziki

D: The protein shake that I didn't have this morning because I slept in and some cold cuts and cheese.

No exercise today- not even unpacking. We didn't get to bed until 1:30 and I was up at 5:45 so other than our bible study, I'm getting to bed early.

On another note! I've hit a sweet spot with the scale again. I'm down to 203 lbs!!!! I really, really can't wait to hit one-derland!!
