One year Surgiversary!
Can't believe its been a year already! I have reached my doctor's goal for me but want to lose at least another 10-12 pounds. I would be lost without having visited this site daily! Thanks to you guys out there for all of your support and keeping it real!
I will continue to lean on the folks here because I am terrified that I will mess this up! I feel great, I am smaller than I can remember being in my adult life. I can cross my legs, tie my shoe AND breathe, paint my toenails, run up the stairs... the list goes on.... I took my wedding ring to be resized this past weekend. The NSV's just keep coming.
Vets-keep the good stuff coming. Newbies-Hang in there, you are in the right place, stay on this site even if you hear things you would rather not. I cannot stress enough how everyone's contributions have helped guide my decisions along the way!

Lose as much as you can even if people say you look too skinny. I went down to size zero and ended up at size four after I had a regain in year three. It was a trip to be too skinny instead of being too large.
I loved asking clerks if this came in a smaller size and complaining to my friends that it was hard to get the styles I wanted because all the clothes were so big.
