Late to post, but I just want to say Daisy feel better. I hope you get to the bottom of your headaches and your gallbladder situation.
Taught my first art class yesterday with my brace and a helper, I figured you could appreciate that since you were my helper last year. Exhausting and my shoulder hurt not that I did anything but just standing with that brace on for two hours again just exhausting.
Little peeps keeping me busy, trying not to dive into all the carb snacks but have now entered my house. One meal at a time.

All these stories about being young really has me thinking about my Mom. I was so lucky. She was so wonderful and funny. Hard to believe she's gone 24 years now.

Hello -late post for me again. I have been working on my house all day. I have decided to sell my house, so I can move closer to where I work. I am really tired of the drive, especially in the winter.
Accountability: I stayed on plan yesterday.
QOTD: We lived exactly 1 mile from town when I was a kid. My sister's and I were outside all the time. We spent alot of time with our friends in town riding bikes. I would like to know how many miles we put on each day. All of us were thin back then, my sister's still are.

We all have small pouch days, but 51 is pretty low on protein. Protein is important
