Good morning menu folks! It looks like today is going to be an outdoor walking day for me since the temperature isn't too hot. I miss walking when I don't get it in. Tonight is also deep water aerobics, so there will be pool time.

Daisy, I hope that you feel better soon!

Yes READING! As a kid we had a "Book Mobile" that came by every week. I LOVED picking out two or three books for the week's reading! I read all of the Black Stallion series, Nancy Drew, Hardy Boys etc...

Good morning :)

I did so much vacuuming at my grandparent's house that my hands hurt lol. Way too much carpeting. My house doesn't have any carpets, but their house is 90% carpet. They have about four more days to get the last few things out and clean it up. I will go over today and do some more cleaning. I'm also going with DH to an ear doctor appointment -- maybe they can tell us why he can never hear me ;) (just kidding lol).

Accountability: we had cake pops again last night after dinner, but I was on plan other than that. I even did a run to the coffee shop (Tim's) and didn't even buy a treat or anything for myself. Just a bottle of water and coffee for everyone else.

QOTD: I always looked forward to the summer because my birthday is in July. I also got to spend a lot of time with my grandparents, going to their cottage or on vacation. My mom was a single mom, so my grandparents helped raise me, along with my great-aunt who passed away last year.

Breakfast - protein shake

Snack - peameal bacon

Lunch - ham and cheese

Snack - Greek yogurt

Dinner - beef roast

Snack - protein shake

All water and vits.

Good morning Daisy and Menu crew - hope you feel better soon Daisy. I had a good night, brought the dog to her grooming appointment and went to camp, took a nice 2.63 mile run and then cleaned the awning on the camper, getting ready for the big 4th weekend.

Accountability - good, I was down 2 lbs this morning.

QOTD - I looked forward to summer! We had a family cottage on the lake and we spent our summers there. From sun up to sundown I was in swim trunks and no shirt. Great times and memories.
