What's on your menu today (Monday) RNYers?
I am a big fan of plain greek yogurt so I will definitely be trying this! Thanks!

Hello Everyone and happy Monday,
I had a nice weekend trying to get my house in order for company on Saturday and crazy rehearsals in Boston on Sunday. It's very nice after all that to have the day off today.
Accountability: I did well all weekend and stayed on plan but the only meal I didn't have while driving in a car yesterday was dinner at about 9:00 pm. At a restaurant. I had grilled chicken on a salad which is on plan but I think I ate way more meat and veggies than planned. My pouch didn't stop me nor did I stop myself. Certainly not the worse thing I could do, but I need to keep it in check cause lord knows I don't want to stretch my pouch. I didn't ever get a full feeling which is puzzling.
QOTD: definitely the cotton candy and Carmel apples!
B: decaf coffee with pp and sf torani, fage yogurt and a tablespoon of toasted almonds
L: roast beef with mustard on a romaine lettuce leaf
S: 2 babybel and turkey salami
D: turkey breast with zucchini noodles

Happy Monday everyone. My life is focused on rehabilitation so learned to take a shower without killing myself... Did OK although didn't like being naked with a petite blonde helping me. Today I'm going to walk to rite aid and do some shopping then stop by panerra for coffee. Believe it or not this is s big step for me. When I arrived at rehab ater my surgery I couldn't even stand on my own. So whoopee!!!
The fair near me offers handmade doughnuts... But my fave is Italian sausage with onions and peppers.
For today: B 1/4 cup of cottage cheese. S protein shake. L turkey and wedge of babybell cheese. S 2 T of hummus and 2T of cottage cheese. D 3oz of chicken and winter squash maybe diced tomatoes.
Have a great day. It's really nice to have a such a great group to talk to!

Morning Daisy and Monday menu crew. Had a good weekend. Got my patio mostly set up, had dinner with friends, did a little pug sitting and saw Roger Waters in concert. He was so amazing, and the video and sound was fantastic. He is a genius (and he does NOT like Trump). Pics below are from the show.
Today I want to finish setting up the patio, and I have a mountain ok laundry to do.
QOTD: I haven't been to a fair in such a long time, but I do remember that the smell of all that fried food made me nauseous, so I never ate any of it. I hated that smell.
2-1/2 years post op:

S: Premier Protein
L: Curry chicken thigh
S: Protein water, egg salad w/cottage cheese

Height: 5'7". HW: 299, Program starting weight: 290, SW: 238, CW 138 - 12 pounds under goal!
Good morning. Monday. Blah. It was about 1000 degrees this weekend and it drained me of all motivation. Also, I stress ate like I had no other purpose in life. We got really bad news about a family member, and my old behaviors burst to the front. Saturday eating was fine, but last night all hell broke loose. Licorice, cherries, watermelon and carrot cake found its way into my mouth. All really good choices for someone who dumps. I'm still feeling crappy with lots of GI upset. What can I say, I'm a slow learner.
DQOTD: I'm really not a sweets person; I'm more a salty crunchy person, so this is a hard question for me. I guess the one thing I couldn't live without was Dole Whip at Disneyland. Creamy pineapple goodness. Disneyland just isn't the same without it!
My Plan:
B: 2.24 oz ham slices, string cheese, mustard
L: 4.6 oz top sirloin (likely can't eat the whole thing, but we'll see)
D: bunless cheeseburger with grilled onions. Tomato salad with feta if I get around to making it.
S: Skinny latte, yogurt before spin, almonds after.
Totals: Cal. 1,006; Protein: 99g; Fat: 52g; Carbs: 38g
I've seen a recipe for a healthy version of the dole whip...just pineapple and greek yogurt, not sure how it would measure up to taste, or if the sugar content in the fruit would make one's pouch unhappy, but it might be an alternative to try!
