Interesting - Carbs
This is very interesting - for me anyways! I got my RNY on 9 September 2016 and have lost 106 lbs. I am at goal weight (135 lbs.) I have lost weight every week and have been compliant 99.9% of the time. However, yesterday I decided - I feel like having a "Lean Cuisine" that has pasta. Only 230 calories. OMG I ate that and this morning I weighed myself and yes .7 heavier. The only time in over 40 weeks that I have gained anything. So a good lessons for me - avoid pasta forever. I will make me fat again in no time.
Congrats on your amazing loss; woohoo!
Lean Cuisine has a lot of sodium; maybe the .7 is due to water retention and not the pasta?
I always weigh more later in the day than I do first thing.

Kathy
I was going to say the same thing about the sodium and fluids.
I doubt the whole dish weighs .7 lbs.
You can bet your bottom dollar that if I eat carbs... I will gain by the next morning no matter what ! Some people are not believers but some of us are super carb sensitive .
