What's on your Sunday menu RNYers?
LOL! I had mixed feelings about it. Well written (I thought), but I didn't like how it ended up either.

Day 3 of the conference! Getting ready to go downstairs for coffee and then back at it. This conference pretty much blows any other conference I've been to out of the water - why haven't I been going to this thing all along?
anyway, eating was good yesterday - I'm back on track. Hopefully a couple more days of this and I'll be OK once I get back home, too! (although the divergence was mostly due to eating out all the time while my cousin was visiting - I normally don't do that)
QOTD: I never watch TV, so no suggestions there. As for reading, I read constantly, even at work (there, it's a lot of book reviews), but oddly, I don't often pick up a book and read it cover-to-cover. I guess I get my fill during the work day. I could probably give tons of suggestions based on book reviews I've read, but oddly, I don't read much in the way of actual books. Or at least not what you would think, being that I work in a library....
2 years out:
B: Greek yogurt, 1/2 C mixed fresh fruit
MS: coffee with half & half, protein shake
L: ?? something safe...
AS: nuts or beef jerky
D: probably more yogurt or a protein bar
Good morning weekend menu peeps. Lily and I have our 3.2 miles in already today and will do another one mile after dinner. Stayed perfectly on plan yesterday and even got in an extra walk to the grocery store. QOTD I've been reading JA Jance books lately. They are full of suspense and I love that. Post op 4 years 10 months and weight at 118 today. Plans for today include church and housework. Here's the food plan for maintenance today B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added L 31/2 oz deli turkey and cheese 1/2 c green beans D 31/2 oz strip steak 1/2 c mixed veggies S P3 Pak. Have a great day everyone and make some smart and conscious choices that move you one step closer to your goals! Enjoy your day!
Thanks for the author suggestion: I needed a new one!
