LOL! I had mixed feelings about it. Well written (I thought), but I didn't like how it ended up either.

Day 3 of the conference! Getting ready to go downstairs for coffee and then back at it. This conference pretty much blows any other conference I've been to out of the water - why haven't I been going to this thing all along?

anyway, eating was good yesterday - I'm back on track. Hopefully a couple more days of this and I'll be OK once I get back home, too! (although the divergence was mostly due to eating out all the time while my cousin was visiting - I normally don't do that)

QOTD: I never watch TV, so no suggestions there. As for reading, I read constantly, even at work (there, it's a lot of book reviews), but oddly, I don't often pick up a book and read it cover-to-cover. I guess I get my fill during the work day. I could probably give tons of suggestions based on book reviews I've read, but oddly, I don't read much in the way of actual books. Or at least not what you would think, being that I work in a library....

2 years out:

B: Greek yogurt, 1/2 C mixed fresh fruit

MS: coffee with half & half, protein shake

L: ?? something safe...

AS: nuts or beef jerky

D: probably more yogurt or a protein bar

Here's the food plan for maintenance today B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added L 31/2 oz deli turkey and cheese 1/2 c green beans D 31/2 oz strip steak 1/2 c mixed veggies S P3 Pak. Have a great day everyone and make some smart and conscious choices that move you one step closer to your goals! Enjoy your day!

I go to the library and read every book by one author and then have to find a new one. Hubby thinks I'm crazy because I only read actual books never books on my tablet. There's just something familiar and comforting about turning those pages.

I read on a kindle, but I do like to find a good author and read all their books.

I agree. I prefer to read an actual book. Haven't used my tablet in over a year. I also read everything by s author and then move on. Nance
