Good morning menu folks. Lily and I have our 3.2 miles in already and will do another 1 mile after supper. No exciting plans for today just working around the house. I also have to finish assembling my notes for my sermon tomorrow as I'm preaching because the pastor is gone. We're talking about Romans 6 and becoming new people which is appropriate since we have a new beginning next Sunday with a new pastor. Praying for amazing changes to come in our church. QOTD last fun thing I did was go camping last week--lots of hiking and sitting around a campfire was great. Post op 4 years and almost 10 months and weight at 118 today. Eating was on plan yesterday. I was still hungry after my bedtime snack and wanted more but had decaf coffee instead. Go Me! Here's the food plan for maintenance today B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added L 31/2 oz deli turkey and cheese 1/2 c carrots D 31/2 oz baked chicken thigh 1/2 c green beans S sm apple with 1 T peanut butter. Have a great day everyone and make some smart and conscious choices that move you one step closer to your goals! We've got this.

Got up early (even for me) and started the laundry. Nothing planned for the day except packing my suitcases for my upcoming cruise.

M1: Decaf coffee with vanilla protein shake

M2: Turkey burger w/cheese & vanilla greek yogurt

M4: More tilapia

Have a great day everyone!

Cruising and Disneyland are two of my favorite fun things.

Right now I'm searching for a cruise to take with a friend in the fall.

Good morning everyone,

I'm getting my truck worked on right now. Had a small breakfast. Once my truck is done I'm planning on meeting my wife and nephew for lunch. Afterwards doing yard work and food prep for cooking tomorrow.

QOTD: The last fun I did was taking my wife and nephew to a BBQ competition. I really proud of myself and only ate 1 rib and a small piece of kielbasa. It was more about the experience which is a huge change for. It was always about kind of food is there was to eat, no matter what kind of activity I was going to.

B: Turkey sausage patty

L: Not sure... maybe an omelette with meat.

The rest of the day is up in the air but it will be protein.

Enjoy the everyone!
