What's on your Menu today (Thursday) RNYers?
Extremely late again today...I have no energy and a I want to do is sleep. Not sure what is going on with me...but I don't like it at all.
Accountability: I ate totally on plan yesterday.
QOTD: My food triggers I believe are ice cream. I have only had it one time since I started my journey Sept. 28, 2016. I bought and ate a tiny 3.6 oz container if ice cream on June 14th. I do think that pizza and pasta with sauce would also be a very slippery slope for me...so I have not and will not eat those until I reach my goal and probably would make some healthy version of both instead of eating the normal types.
Menu:
B - 3 oz. Smoked pork loin, 1.2 oz Smoked gouda cheese
L - 4 oz. Canned chicken w/ Greek yogurt and salsa, 8 g. Pork rinds
D - Salmon Burger, 1 mini cucumber, 7 grape tomatoes
S - 28 g. peppered beef jerky steak, Light tuna pouch
Calories - 719, Protein - 98, Carbs - 14
Back to work for me tomorrow night, so I will be up all night tonight and will sleep all day tomorrow, so another late post for me tomorrow.

I will be eating a fajita omelette all day. This restaurant meal is at least 3 meals. Coffee and yogurt and maybe some shrimp to break up the day.
I don't really have trigger foods. I love all food. There is no food I haven't eaten since surgery. Some food might make me sick. Some food slides down so easily you can eat a ton of it. Some food is incredibly special and must be eaten. I've had a bagel that was life saving.
That's just my take on it. The problem is when I eat those foods instead of what works. I'm really starting to understand that for me I need to limit the groups of food I pull from.
I don't want to feel triggered so I'm trying to look at things a new way. I learn things over and over.
