I really like the Fathead Pizza Crust recipe! It's fairly easy to make, and you can roll it out pretty thin. I use a ceramic pizza sheet, and honestly, even the family loves it.

You should definitely try this one out too!

I tried one of the 3 cheese. It was smaller than my hand (maybe 5 inch diameter). I followed eggface's directions and nuked it for 1 minute. Then I put it in the toaster oven on 450 for 2 minutes to brown the top. Then to a pan to crisp up the bottom. I did not like the taste of the sauce, the cheese was okay but the sauce ruined it, the bottom never got crisp and started sticking to the pan, and the taste of the crust was nothing like a real pizza, I did not like the taste of that either. I ended up eating 1/2 (2 tiny pieces) and giving the rest to the dogs. Since I had to order 12 and they were so costly I am determined to find something to do with them. I have pictures - don't see a way to post them in this message so if you would like to see them pm me your email. Roxanne

Accountability: Hungry last night (or was it head hunger?) and had an extra protein bar last night - felt lousy afterwards. I've got to get this evening eating out of control and stick to drinking my flavored water in the evening. At least the scale has been friendly this week. I've been a little more active than usual.

QOTD: Anything sweet - especially chocolate and or peanut butter. While I love sweets, junky salty carbs are more likely to be a slippery slope. So far I can stop with a taste or two of sweets, but don't get me started on things like popcorn, pretzels, Fritos, etc. etc. etc.

B: Protein coffee

L: 2.4 oz. roast beef, string cheese, 1 C. cantaloupe

S: 1/2 C Greek LnF Yogurt, 1 T PB2, 1/2 scoop protein powder

D: Spaghetti (minus the pasta)

E: 60+ minutes (3.5 miles) on the eliptical at increased ramp & resistance

Surgery Date June 3, 2016

HW: 329 W at first consult 290. SW 238, LW 128, CW 139

QOTD any sweets or crunchy carbs are a slippery slope for me. Sweets are probably what I crave most. Accountability did well on evening eating last night. Nothing except what was planned. Back home from 3 nights camping at the local state park. We had beautiful weather and Lily and I spent lots of time hiking and sitting outside. Post op 4 years and almost 10 months and weight at 118 today. Here's the food for maintenance today B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added L 31/2 oz deli turkey and cheese 1/2 c green beans D 31/2 oz ground beef patty 1/2 c carrots S 1 small apple with 1 T peanut butter. Have a great day everyone and make some smart and conscious choices that move you one step closer to your goals! Hope Amy gets to feeling better soon Daisy.

Good morning Daisy and crew. Daisy get those fluids and it'll make you feel better, and hope the day gets better as it goes on.

In the soap opera that is my life right now. Feel free to say a prayer think a good thought swing a chicken. The good news/bad news scenario is? Good news is girlfriend called last night and offered to come over and make the beds and things for my family coming. So yay for that. Bad news is PT yesterday was rough, with lots of tears and one of the aids told me to do an exercise in the wrong manner, and then has now caused extreme pain equal to the pain I had right after surgery. So I've been back on Oxy which I hate. I'm hoping I can wean myself off and be on something less strong as the day goes on. So major couch duty happening. Did call the physical therapist 7 AM literally when they opened, just have a chat about what I should do as I don't want to hurt myself anymore. He finally did say at the end that it sounds like that The wrong exercise did aggravate it . things happen, I've use this place before I love them but it's hard nobody ever wants to admit that anything goes wrong.

Needless to say food yesterday got simplified, there were a couple protein bars in there and my salad just had cottage cheese instead of being a Cobb salad. I felt like I hardly ate but when I put it in MFP it was more calories than I thought. But it was still within the range of what I've been eating

Today's food? Well because of taking meds at 5 AM and 8 AM I've already had a Premier protein, and I made my egg beaters/bacon/cheese scramble but could only eat half of it. I have egg drop soup, a little paella left, some stirfry veggies and turkey. And probably a protein drink in there TBD.

Honestly just in survival mode today.

QOTD: I love sweets as my slippery slope over salty. Not cakes and cookies and things but more creamy things like pudings and cheesecake. Cheesecake I find easy to tolerate, because it doesn't have as much sugar as you think, and with the fat present I think it digests easier a.k.a. no dumping. But like even with pudding I was making protein pudding last week, but then eating two a day. So even in the healthy Ones I have to watch out for those. I also make sugar-free cheesecake for company it's one of the easiest desserts to convert I just use my regular recipe. If it was cake like it will be more like brownies or banana bread

Doing PT with someone incompetent would be scary. I hope you aren't going to have that person again.

I'm a crap bed maker. Day nurses had to make the pretty beds. At night the standards were much lower!

Oxy can really bring on the nausea. I hate it too but when you need it it's a good thing.
