What's on your Menu Today (Wednesday) RNYers?
Late post for me, but I had court this morning. The only off plan food I had yesterday was 3 triscuits. I've had a box in my office since our May 4 party. After I had the crackers, I threw the box out. This morning was not the best, I had a bite size chocolate chip pastry (and I do mean bite sized). That small amount is usually ok and doesn't cause me to dump, but after I ate it, I started feeling sick. I know there wasn't enough sugar in it to "hurt" me and that the reaction was mental, but I need to be smarter. Ugh, the struggle is real, y'all! I'm leaving work early because I was given theater tickets for tonight and I'm meeting a friend for dinner before hand. We're going to one of my favorite sushi restaurants and I've planned my day (minus the chocolate chip indiscretion) to accommodate and baked crab hand roll (I will request minimal rice) Other than that, dinner should be on the totally on plan side.
B: roasted turkey (1.96 oz) and string cheese
L: BBQ chicken breast (I brought 5 oz with me, but that much chicken breast is hard. If I want it all, I may have to have part as a snack)
D: Baked crab hand roll, edamame, miso cod.
S: Skinny vanilla latte, yogurt if needed

Good morning all. I hope you and Amy feel better soon! I am taking the day off too, a mental health day. I had a meeting at my dad's home last night w/all my siblings (sans the one who behaving like a child, thankfully) about his care and our visiting schedule as not everyone agrees about what that should be. We were able to really communicate with all the staff and can now move forward and do what is best for my dad, personal feelings aside hopefully. Anyway, I had an eye appointment this morning and just didn't want to go in after. I still plan on going to the gym later for my swim.
Accountability - we ended up going out to dinner after the meeting and I ate the carne asada out of one taco w/some salsa and cucumbers instead of the tri tip I had planned.
7 mo today! 204.0 this am
b-coffee w/heavy cream and splenda, SB venti triple shot latte w/splenda, egg white bites
l-hot link sausage
d-tri tip
v/l - on track
e -60 min lap swim
Have a good day!

Hello Daisy and menu pals!
First I want to call myself out for poor math skills - I had my surgery on 3/29 and I was saying 3 months... really due to mess weeks to month ratio, I'll be three months out next week so I'm sticking with weeks this through the end of June then I'll switch to months in July. I know some of you are sticklers and I don't want to look like I'm being less than transparent!
Accountability: My original plan looked like this- Total Calories 590, Protein 69, Carbs 34, Sugar 8, Fat 18. I ended up not having the planned shrimp for dinner, instead having a protein shake and for my evening snack I had string cheese rather than SF Jello. This upped my calories and protein and looked like this- Total Calories 720, Protein 92, Carbs 34, Sugar 8, Fat 24. As most of the additional calories impacted protein with a little over lap to fat, I'm OK with the substitutions.
12 weeks Post RNY/174lbs/Weight-loss stage
B- Protein shake
MS- na
L- work outing but I managed to just eat the innards from an Ahi Tuna wrap (4 oz tuna plus fresh spinach), and 32 g of french fries.
AS- Nectar Lemonade
D- Trying for those shrimp again
ES- SF jello
Total Calories: 726 Protein: 114 Carbs: 32 Sugar: 11 Fat: 15
I've fallen off the wagon on my vitamins and medications so I need to get organized again! I'm planning on stopping at a drug store on my way home to pick up another pill organizer, and I'm going to start keeping a weeks worth of meds in the office. Yesterday I met with my new PCP (new job so new health insurance and new city etc). She is willing to renew my bariatric prescriptions if I decide to stop seeing my now out of network surgeon for follow-up visits.

Hello menu friends. I am late posting today and never did get posting done yesterday, but I did read everyone else's posts. My food yesterday was almost exactly the same as Monday's, except I did not eat my 3 oz of pork loin while at work, and after work I stopped at my dad's to visit and had 2.9 oz of sirloin steak and 1 mini cucumber. I did have a mixed drink a half hour after dinner. I drank a very very week rum and caffeine free diet coke. 1 oz of rum...16 oz of the diet coke.
My scale has finally decided to be nice to me. I had only lost 0.6 pounds from June 14 on June 19. Finally from June 19 to this morning (June 21) I have lost 2.6 pounds. I have learned not to dwell on what the scale says from day to day. Otherwise it would make me nuts.
Menu:
B - 3 oz pork loin, 1.2 oz Smoked gouda cheese, 1 tsp. BBQ sauce
L - chicken, Greek cream cheese, hot sauce, 3/4 C raw spinach
D - Talapia, 7 grape tomatoes, 1 mini cucumber
S - smoked salmon
Calories - 619, Protein - 84, Carbs - 15
Have a great week everyone.

I have two sick dogs right now. It's no fun when the babies are sick.
What I'm eating today.
Cold brew with milk
Sliced roast beef
Fresh grown and picked this morning strawberries (probably in my yogurt)
And probably several servings of my crockpot chicken thighs with vegetables.
I have lost 8 pounds since the start of critter week. I'm feeling empowered.
