What's on your Menu Today (Wednesday) RNYers?
I'm having two shakes because it's the easiest way for me to get my protein in during the day since I'm usually so busy with clients at work. I just started a new job back in march but I LOVE it and everyone I get to work with so I'm not sure if that's what it is. I'm just not sure what's going on. I do have a therapy appointment next week so hopefully I'll be able to get to the bottom of this. Just feeling super crappy and I can't seem to shake it for some reason. I've heard some people say that they've had similar experiences after surgery but it seems like most of them have that issue closer to their post op date than me. Lol I must be the problem child I guess
Good morning,
Daisy hope you feel better and your pup.
I keep forgetting to update on my SIL, she does have liver cancer. She goes tomorrow to get her port for chemotherapy. Hopefully they can start the chemotherapy tomorrow or Friday.

Good morning Daisy and menu peeps. Hope you and the puppy feel better soon.
i am healing well after surgery, and really happy with the early results. The forced inactivity is driving me crazy, though. I did too much yesterday and was in a bit of pain, so went to bed very early. Which, of course, means I was up at 3:00 am. Oh well, at least the pain is gone. I need to be more careful, for sure.
Accountability: This is not hard these days since I don't feel like eating, but am pushing protein like it is my job.
2-1/2 years post op:
B: egg beaters, bacon and Brie (!) omelette
S: chicken jalapeño sausage, protein water
L: prawns
S: ham, protein water
D: curry chicken thigh
S: jerky
Totals: calories 923, carbs 27, protein 123
Have a great day!
