Good morning everyone! A little chilly out there this morning, we'd been spoiled earlier. Got over 21,000 steps in yesterday, partly because I got caught in the rain with the doggies last night after supper!! LOL it was all good!
So gym this morning, and hopefully 5km at lunch. My walking partner wasn't feeling good yesterday so we only managed 4. Still better than nothing and I caught up to my friend in our step challenge. Pretty good after missing most of Monday!
Accountability: I will confess to eating 1/2 cup pralines and cream ice cream last night. Thankfully the scale didn't punish me this morning....but I know that can still show up tomorrow!!
Anyway, on to the eats, technically maintenance but happy to lose a few more pounds.
B1 - 1/2 banana on the way to the gym
B2 - bacon/tomato sandwich on 35 calorie bread with 1 tbsp. light miracle whip
S - greek yogurt
L - shepperds pie
S - deli turkey w. slice of herb/garlic cheddar and mustard
D - chili (big crock pot on this morning, my Trucker prepared it all last night)
Totals - Cal 961, Carbs 87 (dang banana and chili) Protein 83 (Back to high protein low carb tomorrow)
Have a great day everyone

Good Wednesday morning menu folks!
We're in for another hot one here so my outdoor walking may not happen. I miss my walks when I can't go though, but walking in soupy sweaty weather just isn't fun either. I may head to the pool again this evening if I can't get in my exercise any other way.
Breakfast: hard boiled egg, 2 pcs turkey bacon
Snack: Ice Tea protein shake
Lunch: TJ's Lemon grilled chicken
Snack: 2 oz turkey breast
Dinner: salmon, broccoli

Hi all
Accountability: I did really well last night, jello, 2.5 oz gizzards and green beans. Happy with this. I also found these puffed rice rolls for 38 calories at the dollar tree. DISCLAIMER:Yes, I'm on maintenance and I'm ok with 38 calories and 8 carbs. I wouldn't have eaten them though if I were in losing mode.
Went to yoga last night, it was excellent. Supposed to be camping starting thursday after work but we are going to be getting the rain and wind from this storm coming up from florida so not sure really what is going to happen. really just want to get away and took off Friday
Food for today:
coffee/gizzards/green beans/romaine/jello/mussels?/probably won't cook for dinner since I'm trying to eat food that needs to be eaten before we leave
Exercise: tonight yoga but it is more restorative so yippie for that
