I want to hear some of the pure daily pleasures of your transformations!
Everything Kat said so eloquently, plus a couple of recent things I noticed:
I spent an hour walking around the other day with my sister and BIL, giving them a tour of the camp I work at. In the heat. And I didn't die. I spent the whole time walking and talking. I never got out of breath, I was hot and sweaty but never felt "overheated." I stopped at one point and said to my sister, "Can you believe I'm walking around like this and not getting heat stroke?!" It was awesome.
Another thing that happened so gradually that I didn't even think about until my sister asked me, was what it feels like to have my thighs NOT rub together. It was only then that I realized they didn't! I mean, I even have a stinking THIGH GAP...who would have thought? Now I notice it when I walk now and then, and it is the best feeling!
Being able to wear light cotton tops for the summer heat, because everything doesn't have to stretch in order for me to wear it anymore.
Every day I discover something new...it's amazing!

Yes-to everything everyone has said!
I will add that I love how clothes lay or drape on me now. They no longer cling to every every bump and bulge and I can wear styles I never would have before.
Sitting- my stomach is no longer in my lap, I have a lap! My boobs are no longer in the way to catch every crumb and drip and I love crossing my legs or curling up on the couch - so comfy. Oh and I can lay down on the couch snuggling with BF now.

I'm still in transformation mode, but this morning I was swimming laps and went for 50 minutes and only took a "forced break" at 25 minutes so that I won't lose form in the back half. I rested for 1 minute :) Then I water walked for 32 minutes afterwards. Oh and I got up at 3:45am to be able to do this and get to work on time. The dogs don't even move when I'm up at this hour. Honestly I got in the water at 5:07 and gave myself a smile. I was the only person there until 6am.
This afternoon I'm meeting a work group for a walk as part of a "In Motion" team. We're walking well over a mile together. My goal is to keep up and not be the straggler and I believe I can do it.
3 months ago I was averaging no more than 1,000 steps a day and getting mad if someone took my close parking spot. Oh and I got to work earlier than necessary to get that spot and not have to walk an extra 100 steps. Not kidding! This fact amazes me more everyday.
