Good morning, Menu Peeps! Finally getting here. The Short Peeps were having a cray cray MONDAY, yesterday, and I was ready to eat my left arm off, by the time they all got picked up! I was tired to even THINK about eating (who'd have thunk I could ever do THAT???). So, I took a shower, had a protein shake, and WENT TO BED...zzzzzzz...
Today is better!

W: Goal is my usual gallon. Didn't quite make it yesterday
E: Something INDOORS - have a new Zumba DVD I want to TRY (alone!!!)...if you hear about an earthquake, in Texas...it was just me, knocking down the walls, of my bedroom, trying to pretend I am coordinated

-Trying to pretend I am coordinated!!-Lol, me too! I've tried Zumba so many times but this girl just couldn't get the moves down before a new move started! It was hilarious, but frustrating after a while.

I feel better today. I never got dressed yesterday, just lounged around.
Last night I ate bean salsa with tortilla chips. Totals calories 1504 carbs 90 protein 137.
Having coffee with protein shake
B spinach, red pepper, ham and cheese omelette and string cheese
L tuna and cottage cheese
D steak and mash sweet potatoes
S Greek yogurt, turkey sausage snack sticks and cutie orange

Hi All, late post for me. Extremely busy day. I can't believe school ends this week. I need more time!
Accountability: I ate what I posted yesterday but added one FreezePop before bed.
23 months (today!) / 117lbs / maintenance diet
B: Fit Frappe Mocha, chicken breast with everything bagel spice seasoning
S: Plain grilled turkey burger
L: Plain grilled chili lime chicken patty
S: 2 servings of oven baked cheese bites
D: 3 oz ribeye steak

Vitamins: Patches on (D3, iron & multi)
I run out of my stash of oven baked cheese bites. They've been great to have recovering, easy to eat crunchy Low carb and protein. I need to find someone to take me to Trader Joe's

Hey there gang. I am feeling pretty crappy today. I overslept and have a terrible headache. I didn't sleep well so that threw me off. Eating was fine yesterday. I didn't enter it into MPF. Oh well... another day, another try.
