Good Morning! Well we are getting the heat that we were warned about. My house wouldn't even cool down last night below 80 degrees before I went to bed and this was with our A/C running all evening at 78. I feel bad for anyone that has to work outside in this heat. Normally I am not at home when the mailman delivers our mail but I guess yesterday someone else was covering the route and didn't deliver until almost 5p (poor guy had delivered his normal route and then had to pick up ours too) which gave me the opportunity to give him a Popsicle and cold bottle of water.

I have no ideas for photo Friday...sorry.

TWO classes tonight-you go Daisy!!

Thanks! I have had to slow my running pace since I had the hamstring issue a few months ago. I am not sure what the deal is but when I try and speed up my left hamstring "screams" at me. So I have decided it's better to run...slower...but be able to run.

'better to run... slower...but be able to run!' I totally agree. I'm the same way with swimming when my shoulder is screaming at me!
