Accountability: Last night was tough - as a result of a 4 hour staff meeting + 2 hours of travel time, I wasn't able to eat anything after breakfast (6 a.m.****il after 1 p.m. It threw off my whole routine for the day and I felt like I was starving all evening. Didn't do as much damage as I could have, but I did have a handful of cashews and a protein bar that wasn't planned. UGH! I'm such a creature of habit and it really messes with me if I get thrown off my routine. Back to the plan today!
B: Protein Coffee
L: Small tossed salad (spinach, broccoli, celery, cucumber & 2 baby carrots) w/2 oz. roast beef, 1/2 slice LF cheese, 1T LF Ranch dressing
S: 1/2 C Greek LnF Yogurt, 1T PB2, 1/2 scoop protein powder
D: 3-4 oz. steak & slice of cantaloupe (a treat I'll allow once in a while)
E: 60 minutes on the eliptical

I am headed off island again today... was supposed to be my 9-mo post surgical checkup but I forgot the time and we have these ferries which stop running at 8:55 pm ... and I did not plan well. So have to reschedule. More time to get below the century mark ;)
Accountability: what is that, even. I have struggled with my weight since CAMAW... it is stuck between 170 and 172. Time to focus. It is like after really keeping the lid on for five days my mind says eat all the food. I can (mostly) control it but becoming a real battle.
B: Fairlife with coffee, Syntrax Fuzzy Navel Julius
L: Dannon greek peach yogurt, hb egg
D: 4 TJ hot wings, salad
S: 1 oz beef jerky, diet cran something in water
Totals: 834 calories, 101 protein 41 carbs 28 fat
I have a pic that is probably the biggest I have been... surfaced the other day. It is mind-boggling that I weighed that much. I plan to print it and carry it with me for a reminder about my path forward.

I deviated from my plan twice yesterday: I had an additional snack (thing of Greek yogurt plus a cheese stick), and I ate the crusts on my two pieces of pizza (I'd only intended on eating the toppings). So I was over on calories and feeling it this morning...
my cousin is still here, so there will be another dinner out tonight. I need to suggest somewhere safer than a pizza place...

Morning RNY'ers!! I was going to suggest a pic of the graduate in your life for photo Friday- but I have a selfish motivation, that I'm gonna go ahead and post my pic today anyway :-)
Accountability: Yesterday started good, and some evil interns put shortbread cookies in the break room. I heard they were there but avoided them until I needed to heat up my lunch. So my stats yesterday ended up being: 1663 calories, 76 protein, 80 carbs. Weight today is up more than I'm comfortable with; past few days have been carbs heavy and its caught up with me-- so reining that back in.
197 today; 25 months out
M1: 2 scrambled eggs with diced hot dog
M2: greek yogurt, berries
M3: BBQ chicken leg quarter
M4: Beef/Chorizio Burger w/grilled peppers.
