Hi yall

yoga last night kicked my butt- fell during one of the poses (crow) but luckily landed on my knees and not my face like last time!

Accountability: Last night was a HUGE win for me: Jello/last slice of baby cheesecake/and some veggies. I AM marking this as a win as it wasn't 6 tablespoons of peanut butter. Scale staying steady as I'm in maintenance. For dinner I made 1/2 zuchinni with sloppy joe meat on top. It was pretty yummy. I still have about 4 yellow squash and about 4 giant zuch to eat so I'm figuring out means around that.

Todays food in no particular order:

jello/coffee/miralax/yogurt/protein cake/gizzards/leftover sloppy joe/romaine/zuchinni

Adding in tons more non decaf coffee drinks like crystal light and tea.

Hey did yall see the note on the board yesterday about no caffeine after the morning and that it helps with nighttime cravings? I tried this last night and it seemed to help

I'm a peanut butter lover too! I eat it very sparingly. I miss it so much! I don't miss too many things but that is one of them!

Good morning :)

Yesterday was a weird day... I felt good in the morning but suddenly super tired in the afternoon. Today I'm supposed to help move some furniture, so we will see how that goes.

Accountability: so we have bits of cake (no icing) in the fridge from a test cake that was made last week. I had three small pieces yesterday and felt ill after each piece. I must throw it out today. I threw out the icing yesterday but that didn't appeal to me at all.

Breakfast - protein shake

Snack - pepperette

Lunch - chicken

Snack - cheese, turkey

Dinner - zucchini lasagna

Snack - protein shake

All water and vits.

We had a chocolate mocha icing... I don't like coffee so thankfully that held no appeal. Buttercream would be tougher to resist ;)
