Today is busy at work and I need to FOCUS!
M1: Chai & decaf hazelnut coffee w/vanilla protein shake
M2: Turkey burger w/blueberry greek yogurt
M3: Breakfast steak w/vanilla greek yogurt
M4: 5 chicken meatballs
Vitamins: yes
Fluids: yes
Exercise: maybe quick walk to Target

I was up really late packing as I'm flying this afternoon and will not be home for 5-6 weeks. Trying to get the house cleaned and a bunch of stuff taken care of today.
I'm 10+ weeks post-op.
B: Half a Premier Protein with 1 scoop of unflavored Unjury protein powder and half a banana & nut butter, blended with ice cubes
L: Cobb Salad, picking out the protein and eating them first then the veggies
S: FAGE unflavored Yogurt
D: Will pick up something at the airport
Fluids: Water only

Wow. I've been busy and not tracking like I usually do :(
Accountability: I've been eating off the land. Not horrible except for an incident involving a bag of Cheetos. The Cheetos made me want to eat mac n cheese but I was able to substitute a spoon full of peanut butter and some fresh off the tree cherries.

Very late to the party today!
Accountability: I stayed on plan yesterday. It was a little tough last night so I had few SF ice pops. I think all of the salt from eating the fresh clams is starting leave my system. I was peeing like a race horse yesterday and today! LOL! Down 2 pounds this morning.
B: 2 eggs, turkey breakfast sausage, 1/2 slice of cheese
L: 3oz turkey breast
S: 1 1/2 oz turkey breast, 1/2 oz prosciutto di parma
D: 1oz london broil, 1oz keilbasa, 1 1/2 oz chicken breast. 1/4 C sauted onions & Peppers
