What's on your Menu today (Monday) RNYers?
Hi everyone,
Accountability: I had 2 teaspoons of all natural, no salt peanut butter that I had not planned for. I'm still up a few pounds from the weekend, I thinking it's still from eating the salty clam's on the 1/2 shell and shrimp and I finished up the clams today. Hopefully it will start coming off tomorrow. Other than the peanut butter I stayed on plan.
B: 2 eggs, turkey breakfast sausage, 1/2 slice of cheese
L:2oz cooked shrimp, 8 clams on the 1/2 shell
S: 1 1/2 oz low sodium ham, 1/2oz prosciutto di parma
D: 4oz halibut, 2 forkfuls of broccoli rabe
S: ostrim meat stick

Working days today so a quick, late post for me. I didn't do to bad over the weekend. My calories were higher than normal 727 and 750, but the only thing that I did not plan for was a mixed drink on Saturday and 2 TBSP (actually less but I rounded up) of cream cheese, and fattening ranch dressing on a tiny salad on Sunday. I was at my dads and there wasn't any other dressing there.
I love ice cream so that would have been bad for me...lol

L - 3 oz. smoked pork loin
D - 3 oz. smoked pork loin, 7 grape tomatoes, 1 mini cucumber
