Hi guys!

just a quick post because I left the house before I posted and I'm tapping on my phone again. First day of camp for the kiddo and he was totally excited. Me....I'm starting to freak a little, the unknown is scary and the last time I went in for Bariatric surgery I didn't have a child. I'm sure things will be fine I'm just feeling the nerves hardcore now.

Accountability: I did great this weekend, just a couple more days until go day! Tomorrow will probably suck because it's my clear liquid day but I'll get through it!

countdown to RNY: 2 days!!!

menu: shakes, skyr, raspberries, turkey and cheese

have a good one!

I have no doubt you will sail thru clear liquids! Good luck and quick recovery; you know the drill...sip, walk, rest and repeat.

Happy Belated Daisy!

Congratulations Meggles07- you look gorgeous!

I did ok over the weekend. Last night I had a chef salad and overdressed it, but was still within my range. I realized this weekend I can't control myself with Blue Cheese dressing so I will no longer get it. I also had to make 2 dozen cupcakes for preschool last night. I did not eat any but I licked the spoon. I was hoping for illness from it, but it didn't happen. Looks like I'll need to rely on good old fashioned self control with that one.

Today:

B: dunkin coffee and a wake up wrap

L: 2oz sliced deli ham and 1oz cheddar cheese

S: turkey pepperoni

D: Chicken sausage and veg

Good morning! That is a super cute photo Daisy! I hope you had a nice birthday. I agree, the weekend goes by so fast and then it's Monday again. I had a wonderful visit with my dad yesterday. He was so sweet and funny it was absolutely precious. I really needed that

Accountability - I have not been the best planner this weekend, I've improvised quite a bit. With the exception of a gorgeous whole cooked carrot at my dad's home and a few too many SB latte's, I stayed on track. I didn't really care about food and I was pounding fluids all weekend. The heat is good for that! Just wished it showed on the scale.

almost 7 mo out - 205 this am

b-coffee w/heavy cream and splenda, hot link sausage

l- chicken thigh

d- tri tip

v/l - on track

e - 60 minute lap swim

Have a great day all!

I feel like I am sliding into home plate after the all out run that was the weekend. So much fun, good time, good friends, up late, up early, playing games and laughing so hard it hurt. Wonderful weekend.

Accountability: I have zero notion of what I ate all weekend. I don't track on the weekends normally and this weekend would have been impossible. There was a fancy seafood restaurant where I just shared off of my friends' plates...both of them ordered pasta with cream sauce and various seafood... So good...no clue on amounts. Then all weekend while we visited and gamed there were random snacks everywhere. I didn't even know there was such a thing a a pretzel stuffed with peanut butter...for the love of God! LOL I honestly did fine, didn't over eat, but had no control over choices. This morning the scale was ok-ish at 125. Up and little but honestly I think it is water retention from all the salt on those damn pretzel bite things. My little hands look a bit like mittens today and my rings look tight. No regrets and also glad to be back in my routine.

Menu: Today is my usual rational stuff, Greek yogurt, strawberries, frozen soup, and hamburger with tomato sauce for dinner.

Good morning, Menu Peeps!

DAISY - I know you said you don't like making a big deal of your birthday, but here's a BIG (((HUG))), a day late. anyway... I think I dumped, licked the screen, from your sundae pic

The weekend is a bust/blur...Migraine took over on Friday night...and that was that...I'm up 2 lbs. I must have eaten my pillow, because I don't recall ever having left the bed :)

It's thunderstorming today...which my head predicted, of course! The storm is making the TV cartoons cut in and out, which is hacking off the Short Peeps...and they can't go outside...and GiGi is just about ready to eat another pillow!!!

B: Coffee/Protein Shake

S: Apple/Egg

L: Tilapia with Salsa

D: Chicken/Broccoli

S: Greek Yogurt
