0H ate my post on Friday and I was on my way to the doctor, so didn't have time to redo it. Using talk to text here so sorry for any typos.
Docs office said that they had to end up repairing my bicep and labrum as well, they had small tears. Realized I also was not using my arm properly when I was out of the brace not on purpose but I just didn't know. I will just say the sling is very uncomfortable. I actually binge watch on Netflix this week three seasons of Tina Fey's Kimmy Schmidt series. And this weekend watched all three Iron Man movies.
accountability: this weekend I did at least make menus on the menu board. When I didn't stick to it it was mostly because I didn't want to eat solid food, and neither had a shake for a bar something really simple. I am working hard to eat a lot post surgery, Justin small bites. I am back down to equal to my lowest weight ever so 161 this morning. I feel like my food is not spread out evenly enough I don't eat enough in the day and too much at night. I'm not gaining weight I'm losing so I'm just not eating too much it's just not sitting well with me mentally.
B: latte with fair life/MCT oil/MiraLAX scrambled egg beaters with bacon and cheese
L: Lox and cream cheese on an lite English muffin
D: meaty Ricotta bake, salad
S: jell-O, protein shake, not sure what else will fill in the day.

Good Morning! Glad that you had a good birthday weekend. Love the pic of you with your ice scream. We are HOT here this week and it's supposed to be around 110 degrees the next three days, very thankful for air conditioning.
Accountability:I added a handful of raisins that wasn't planned.

B: SF latte, eggbeaters with roasted red pepper, ½ an orange and 2 turkey sausage links
L: Albacore tuna lettuce wraps and baby carrots
S: SF latte, homemade Greek yogurt with 3 Tbl blueberries and ¼ cup bran cereal, 2 Brazil nuts and Buddig beef pack
D: Egg salad (1 boiled egg mixed with 1/4c low fat cottage cheese) inside ½ a low carb pita pocket, edamame and SF vanilla pudding made with Fairlife
E: 45 mins Stationary stepper this morning and 40 mins of elliptical at lunch
V/W: On track
