What's on your Menu today (Monday) RNYers?
Normal people who eat low carbs are prone to have RH. Very common.

Hi all
man was this weekend a busy busy one. Saturday was work day at in laws. lots of toting stuff etc. I did eat an all beef hot dog with onions and a pickle (no bread) (second one ever in 16 months) and a few bites of chocolate custard ice cream. Saturday AND last night decided to eat peanut butter from the jar. WAAY more than I should have. the jar of PB has left the building and i WON'T be buying more unless I need to bake for something. I also made a low carb cheesecake for my dad (two mini ones) so I'm glad they are now not in the house. So- overall, bad 2 nights eating... this week is a new week and better choices to be made. It is amazing to me the things we seek out and allow ourselves to eat. Crackers, bread, and chocolate candy are generally safe for me but not PB, nuts in general, pork rinds- those apparently are the culprits. it is interesting to me- well another topic for the therapist.
yesterday I made about 8 jars of pickles, kale chips, gizzards, and HB eggs, then had fathers day lunch and I had blackened catfish and broccoli/salad. it was great and then some LC cheesecake. My dad seemed to really like it. I think his sugar crashed mid meal because he got a bit grumpy. I think the waiter was rushing him eating so he was getting cranky as he is very slow eater. then we went to a store called bargain hunt and he seemed to like it. I found some pants for $1.20 each new, yes new!! when we got home i had a late dinner of gizzards and hard boiled eggs and broccoli then worked in the garden until dark. My tomato cages failed due to the weight of the toms and had to re direct them all to the new areas. it was a hot mess but now they seem to be stable. had no idea they were going to go crazy all outside their allotted spot in the raised bed. Cucumbers are coming up also- never have grown anything before this year so it is quite exciting!!

Good morning :)
This weekend was amazing. We had our wedding on Saturday and then Sunday was super lazy, just putting our house back together after having 45 people here.
I jumped off the CAMAW diet in a spectacular fashion. I had four desserts going at one point and ended up dumping on Sunday when I had a piece of wedding cake that I had hoarded in the fridge. And I wouldn't change a thing. It wasn't mindless eating, it wasn't head hunger, I was celebrating in a big way ;)
Today I'm going back on plan. I gained about a pound from last Thursday. I couldn't weigh myself on the weekend because we had people staying in our guest room where I have my scale.
Breakfast - protein shake
Snack - turkey pepperette
Lunch - pork chop
Snack - cheese
Dinner - zucchini lasagna leftovers (so much food leftover -- I froze 90% of it though)
Snack - protein shake
All water and vits.
