Regret?
I suggest searching in the upper right corner for complications, reversal etc. And you can find quite a few stories people shared of what can happen when things don't go right. Because it can happen, however unlikely.
But if you search regret, most hits will be from people whose only regret was not doing it sooner.
There's tons of info on these boards, I'd suggest taking the time to read it all. The good and the bad.

Nope no regrets. I had a LapBand before RNY and I regret that decision because the band made me very, very sick and put me in a lot of pain.
However, every single thing about the RNY surgery has been perfect. I only wish I had chosen this surgery, first.
Nope
